Knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. They exceeded my expectations. There was NO appreciable difference in attitude and customer service between the Scion and Toyota reps. Bought my xA sight unseen and it arrived on time. Leny and his team were extremely helpful in meeting my accessory and after market needs. This was much more fun than buying a Saturn!

Over all I had an excellent experience at Alexander Scion in Franklin. Jim has got to be one of the best consultants around. He was very relaxed and friendly, without coming across as fake or trying too hard. He actually made me more relaxed and didn't try to pressure me into anything. He was just really laid back. He was excellent in keeping contact and walking me through, not only making my decision to buy, but my entire purchase. The rest of the staff were very friendly and personable as well. I placed my order for the car and they tried to do a dealer swap, but couldn't find a vehicle like I wanted in the area. So they had to place a request for one. The estimated time they gave was 3-4 weeks. Actual time was around 5. So all in all, not terrible considering it was being shipped over the Christmas/New Years holidays. All in all, I would highly recommend them. Everything was efficient and courteous. Even their service manager was extremely nice and personable, without coming off so "car salesman". The only drawback was the ONE extra week and the fact that they only had one on their lot to test drive. But they did make every effort to find my car before having to order it. So I would highly recommend them if you're in the area and don't mind a little wait.
The first time I went to look at the Xb, they told me I couldn't look at it because a certified Scion salesman wasn't available. It kind of pissed me off but they had the only Xb around so I went back the next day and bought it.
