I researched the xb online to get all info possible. called american scion and asked to speak to a scion sales rep. Jack Thayer answered and I askedif there was a xb available so my wife could test drive it, There was, we did.I asked when a polar white would be in and it just so happened to be comming in the next day. We told Jack what options we wanted, he got the xb prepped for delievery and we were in and out the next day in 68 minutes. As a small business owner time is of the essence. Smooth, fast, complete, no pressure, is how I try to run my business and I like it when others do the same.

All I can say is Wow. The entire purchase process was painless and Jack Thayer was very down to earth and easy to work with throughout the purchase. I appreciated his allowing me to look at the tC without pressuring me.
I would recommend anybody who wishes to purchase any Scion, whether it's the xA, xB, or tC--definitely ask for Jack, or email me at imares23@yahoo.com for a review of how the tC is to own. I have a Black Cherry Pearl tC and the thing turns heads. I'll be taking lots of pictures of this thing and making a website for it and the adventures I'm about to take in this machine.

I couldn't be much happier with my xB and the service I received from Jack Thayer at American Scion. Jack was very knowledgable and upfront about the + and - of the Scion. I have never been so disgusted with piss-poor service. If a Scion is Pure Price then sell it that way. I should not have to pay $250 for Doc/Title Transfer Fees. This is BS.

American Toyota has an extremely well trained and knowledgable staff. My buying experience was a pleasant, hassle free no pressure delight. Having sold cars years ago, I give the highest marks to the professional sales, management and finance staff at American Toyota. They are exceptional. I highly recommend their sales team, especially Jack and DeeDee (Dawn)!
