This review is based on the service department only. I just moved into the area and was looking for a reputable dealer to give my business to. After speaking to the service staff three times prior to dropping my vehicle off, I was satisfied that they would do a good job. My attitude changed quickly when they completely screwed up my service. To top it off, they continually apologized for their errors BUT still made me pay even though they screwed up the service. I will NOT be returning.

Atlanta Scion was the only dealer with the BSP Manual in stock. I called and spoke to the dealer and within an hour had all of the papper work done via fax. Went to the dealer after work and another hour later the xB was ready to go.
I had a few options that I wanted on it that it didn't have from the port, so they kept the xB for a few days (had to order some of the parts) and had the xB ready in 4 days.
I have gone back to Atlanta Scion for two oil changes (3 for free) and have been in/out within 30 minutes.

The service here was great, sales people were knowledgable and friendly and weren't pushy for a deal. Didn't have any TCs in stock, but had every color available for order. This was understandable since it is such a hot product. The process was fast and efficient. Couldn't be happier. Bought a Flint Mica same evening, and will hopefully recieve it within a week.

Since it's a pretty large dealership I expected some kind of choice, but they only had one car to buy, and with options it was somewhere in the mid to high $18K (plus doc fee and taxes). Did not agree to strip it to basic, also did not want to work on ordering a basic version - the BS argument - "They all come with options already installed". $599 doc fee - that's just funny. Offered $1500 less on my trade than another dealer 10 miles away. The tCs are too hot of a sale for salesguys to work on it - they did not care about my business, I left and ordered a tC same evening from Stone Mountain Toyota. Expect a delivery within a week. (While I was there some customer asked the scion salesguy what's faster - auto or 5 speed - the answer was - they are both rated at 160hp :) )

Worked with Sam and Gerome on the purchase of a hot lava, stock with floormats. They worked very hard to make the deal happen. Constant communication (because that is what I wanted) honest numbers, and no games. It was my first new car purchase and I could not be happier. These guys know the car better than anyone I talked to in Atlanta and I called everyone. Sam got my business and Gerome backed him up even when I was nervous and bitchy. If I ever buy another scion or toyota, I will call them first.
