their sales people are a bunch of sharks and their service people don't know what the hell they're talking about and don't want to do what they need to do to find out. they tried to charge me just to tell me what was wrong with my clutch and wouldn't check on parts for me simply saying "they're not available yet" without checking anything. i went to performance toyota in town and they not only checked my clutch out for free but fixed the problem and it only cost me 25 bucks, they checked on parts for me without me asking and let me know availability and price. thanks for nothing bellevue.

My first contact with Bellevue Toyota was pretty much awful. I applied for financing online, and someone contacted me within a few hours. Unfortunately, the gentleman who called me could offer me no useful information regarding rates or length of the loan He told me he had a car available, but didn't have much to say (no excitement in his voice, made me feel like I was wasting his precious time, was generally awkward and uninspired).
Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I went in for a test drive. I felt that the tower manager was rude to me and seemed like the kind of guy who has taken up beating his employees to stop beating his wife.
My salesguy was nice enough to take me out, basically teach me how to drive a 5 speed, and show the car off (thanks Tony!).
The dealer has 2 receptionists. One is awfully rude by my standards (at least grunt or something before putting me on hold!), the other is great.

We bought a camo XB from Bellvue Scion. Everything went well. While we had to wait for it to come in, they kept us informed of the progress. No pressure or hassles from start to finish. When comparing the xA, the xB, and the Matrix, after riding along for the first test drive the salesman just gave us the keys for the next car and said "Go to it."
Mike Jones was great to work with and was able to answer all our questions. I recommend him and Bellvue Toyota/Scion without reservation.
Absolutely excellent dealership! They are courteous, kind, and great to deal with. I've test driven quite a few times there and they have been awesome about it! Best dealership I've been to! When I buy I'm gettin it from them.
