Overall it was a decent dealership but I would not recommend them to anyone.
I have been in there numerous times now for parts and they never have anything in stock. Their staff does not always have a good attitude either. If anyone does go there by any chance I recommend you ask for Jaime. He was an extremely nice guys. Funny and welcoming. He made the buying experience a lot better!!!

I had a very enjoyable time searching for cars here. I was welcomed as soon as i walked in the door, and everytime I have went out there I am welcomed immediately. The sales rep that assisted me was very helpfull. He knew his stuff like the back of his hand.
The thing I feel they could have done better was show me some of the after market parts.
They were sort of like ok, here is a list, what do you want.
Also I feel like they could hold more parts in stock.
They did not have any TRD Lowering Springs in stock when I purchased them. About a little less than a week later they were installed.
They also had a very little selection in cars. They had 2 colors at the time of my purchase and one manual on the lot, which ended up in my hands.
But nonetheless, it was a very impressive dealership, and one of the finest in Oshkosh.

I had an excellent buying experience with the Internet Sales Manager of Bergstrom Auto.
They ordered my xB to my specifications, and within 30 days, I was in the drivers seat!
They have a nice display of aftermarket add on items that help you choose the options you want. For example: racing pedals, TRD racing add ons, Shift knobs, Door sill enhancements, etc.
