We had an awesome experience when we bought our xB. The salesman was cool and everyone was very helpful when we had some questions that our salesman wasn't too sure about. They never pressured us to buy. I had been around town looking for an xB and no one had what I wanted but the guys at Bob Howard offered to find one for me. I wound up buying the one they had in stock and I added a few things that the salesman called me about when they arrived. I brought my xB in the next morning and had it that afternoon when I got out of work.

The whole experience was awesome. The sales guy was helpful and since they got me financed I was even happier because no one else even wanted to try.

I would totally recommend these guys!!!!!

Well, I dealt with two different salesmen on this. The main Scion guy is named Brad and I would never do business with him again. He did absolutely nothing to make my dream of owning an xB a reality. He was negative, quiet, and so passive. He never called back! It seemed like he didn't care. The second was just a regular salesman who really helped me a lot and got me in the door with the REAL sharks - the finance staff.

The finance guy kept telling me I had to get all these insurances and protections, and wouldn't give me a direct answer as to what the factory warranty covered. I could tell he really was trying to sell those unnecessary insurances. I stuck to my guns and eventually got the payments I wanted despite him telling me it was impossible.

They had 5 xB's in stock when I visited (May 06), and thats the most I've seen at any dealership. It was a typical factory, maybe a little nicer than most.

I came and left with the payments I wanted and the car I wanted.. 4 stars!

I ordered a Black Sand Pearl auto with no options on September 10, 2005. Never got an update call from dealer, I always had to call or visit the dealer. I waited till January 2006, with the run around saying it will be here soon. I decided then that I might as well opt for the RS 3.0 coming soon. They said first of February, ok, I'll wait, might as well, I've waited 5 months already. No RS 3.0 early February, no status update from the dealer as usual, I had to call. I found one at Dub Richardson Scion on February 16, 2006 and purchase it there the same day. I didn't call to let them know I already purchased one, since they never updated me. Well, March 8 rolls around and I guess the salesman calls my cell phone, I missed the call. They didn't even bother to leave a voice mail and say that the RS 3.0 is coming in. the car they have on the lot isn't even what I specified. RS 3.0 auto and a bunch of other junk that jacked the price to over $19K. I said NO extra options!!!! Bad dealer!!!!!

My first impression was great. I walked up to the dealer pointed to the car and asked for the keys.

My test drive was very enjoyable. I went with my brother-in-law (who also happens to be my insurance agent.) and the sales lady stayed behind. I liked the fact that they trusted me to take good care of the car. That was a plus. As for the drive I took in on I-35 and tested everything out. This was my first test drive of any scion vehicle. I loved every minute of it! I ended up buying the test drive vehicle.
Ordering the accessories was another story. The dealership wasn't that informed on what was available for my tC. I had to convince them that there was such a thing as the CAI. Finally after about half any hour later they realized that it did in fact exist, only to inform me that it had been discontinued. I paid cash for my car over a month ago and didn't receive my accessories until just this past Thursday. When I finally did, one part was missing! Other then that, it was pleasant.

I was very disappointed in this dealership overall. The salesperson was very friendly, but ominously looming behind them the entire time was the management staff. It wasn't the relaxed, stress-free environment that Scion is striving for.

For starters, they forced the salesperson to ride along with me on my test drive. To make it worse, the smooth-road, 4-mile square they had set as the route gave me no indication whatsoever as to the real-world feeling of the car. Next, the used-car manager made a mockery of my trade-in, offering way below even the black book value.

Here is the final incident that soured my experience: there was a huge gash on the silver portion of the center console which they promised would be replaced. However, when I went to pick up the vehicle, all they did was smear touch-up paint (of a different silver) over it. It looks horrible! Now, every time I step into my car I am reminded of my experience, and how this dealership lied to me.
