Took delivery today of our second Scion. This one is a 2009 xB in white.
I can tell you that this was the most hassle free car purchase of my life. We're talking over 12 car purchases/leases.
Travis Young at Bobby Rahal Toyota/Scion in Mechanicsburg, PA was our sales person. He did a locator on the color in less than a day, ordered the extras, spoiler and premium radio on Monday and we took delivery on Wednesday. Car was perfectly prepped. It was in the garage waiting for pickup. Explaining every feature to my SO, the time was well spent.
Paperwork was handled without a hitch. I'm thinking since I financed through a bank I didn't have to deal with anyone else at the dealership. First time that has every happened.
I am very please with Bobby Rahal Toyota/Scion. This is my second Scion and third Toyota product and best delivery yet.

Here is an account of my 3 visits.
Went to look at a tC because I knew that was the car for me. No tCs on the lot, plenty of xBs. Slick salesman said I could order my tC online if I wanted to WAIT, tried to steer me towards buying an xB instead. (strike one)
Went back after the release series started showing up on car lots. Went inside, found young salesman with facial piercings surfing the internet. He ignored me for awhile, then finally asked in an irritated tone what I wanted. I wanted to test drive that tC right out front. No, I can't do that, he said. Huh? Nope. Then he went back to his computer. (strike two)
Driving past, saw a few tCs on the lot, stopped in, had to search to find a salesman, found a seemingly nice Pakistani fellow to help me. He secured the keys and tags and off we went. We didn't even make it off their lot, the car died. He's screaming at me "what did you do?!?" It was out of gas. He went looking for a gas can. I left in disgust. (strike three)

Never EVER buy from Rahal!. Not even there other stores like honda or lexus all they want to do is take your money, Whether you're a customer or even an employee there. They will find every reason to make your car not covered under warranty, let alone try to fix your car under warranty. If it is you don't even want to see how they treat the cars either, Breaking mirrors and multiple scratches in your paint and they will DENY everything. Let alone if your a picky person and only want one person to drive your car, Ha a minimum of 4 people will drive your car. Even the wash boys and hell half of them don't even know how to drive 5 speed, so they just ride clutch or just go through all your stuff and steal things like money, ipods, mp3 players, cds anything possible. Rahal is the BIGGEST rip off in any one of there so called "high quality" establishments

Jake Mansfield was our salesman too!
My wife and I came to Rahal as unhappy Faulkner refugees, where they tried to low-ball us on our trade. Jake greeted us courteously and showed us features about the xB. I had already taken a test drive at Faulkner, so we proceeded directly to the sale.
They evaluated my trade and offered me a fair value of $4300. Faulkner tried to play games and only offered us $2800. We signed the deal and will pick up our new xB on Monday.
Thanks for a great experience Jake and Rahal Toyota! Provided your service department provides the same experience, you have just earned a repeat customer!

I Drove up and was immediatley greeted by the salesman "Jake Mansfield".
Very clean facility and quite enviroment. Found the BSP tC I was looking for and bought it next day.
