I had the oil changed here one time...they lost a windshield wiper bolt cover...and tried to RAPE me on a set of tires $1350.00 are you kidding...Service is CRAP. They even bitched about having to warranty out the HVAC controls that went out...which I installed after receiving the part, because the service manager told me it was the dimmer switch that went out! BEWARE
I ordered a 2005 xA through Boulder Toyota-Scion. They do not currently have an inventory of Scion's for sale. They gave an estimated wait of
7-10 days. It took 13.
They are certainly playing by the rules of Scion. They immediately let me know of the no haggle pricing.
Overall it was a positive experience. I did most of the Scion research on my own, and I feel that I know more about my car then the salesperson did, but what can I say, I joined this website so I could be well-informed!
