I wanted a Scion since they first came out. i have dealt with better, I just really wanted my tC I know i could have gotten the same one elsewhere since it was knew but I didn't. I fell in love with my car and that is irreplaceable. These people are not great to say the very least. I agree with the last person who commented this dealership.

Hmm lets see here, I had to go three yes three times before someone would even talk to me. Then I got the old I can't sell you a car, my manager handles that routine. The all these cars are sold line came out next along with we can have a car here for you by Friday, but they failed to mention that it would be Friday of next week.
Ok I do admit that I was dressed in T-shirt and jeans when I went to look, but I do have a job, and what I drove in to the lot wasn't a piece of junk. I have a job and make actual money, what is the problem.
Maybe they just deal with too many people from Waterbury at this dealer, but they need a real attitude adjustment. I'm fairly certain that sales people work on commission and that having sold cars on the lot is a waste of space. Hire some sales people, and beat your prep guy to get the sold cars of the lot.
