Broadway Toyota/Scion is where I bought my tC and they feature a decent selection, but are plagued with a strong lack of space. That limits what inventory they have on the lot, but they were able to get me what I wanted pretty quickly. Parts guys are pretty available and there is always someone outside to help when you drive on the lot.

I purchased at this dealer even though I live in Vancouver, Washington. Since there is really no difference in price between one dealer and another, it really came down to who would have a Black Cherry XB in first. The sales staff at my local dealer in Vancouver were unable to dealer trade for a Black Cherry XB. Further, they could not say for sure when they would get one in, so I did my own research, and I found out that this dealer would be getting one in and struck the deal with them. I called every dealer in the Portland-Vancouver Metro Area. I have to say I was NOT impressed at all with some of the people I talked to at other places in the Metro Area. It reminded me of talking to USED CAR SALESMEN!!!! I have read the other reviews of this dealer. I am really shocked to see other people had bad experiences here. Quite frankly my experience here was good and positive. They did what they said they were going to do so I would recomend them if you are in market for a Scion.

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and were looking at several cars. We had been by another brands dealer and had a deal worked out, all we had to do was sign the papers and the car was ours. My wife and I talked it over and decided not to purchase that car because we just felt better about the Scion.
On our way back through Portland we decided to stop at Broadway Toyota/Scion to see if they had any manual transmission xA's in stock. At this time they had one silver xA in stock so we told the salesman if we could come to an acceptable offer on the trade in we would purchase the xA from them right then and there.
The salesman took the information on the trade in and went off to come up with a quote. When he returned he quoted me $1800.00 under Kelly Blue book value on the car and I would have had to have paid them to trade in my car.
I told him, "No Way" and he had us wait a minute while he got his sales manager. The sales manager proceeded to come out and tried to explain why they would only offer the original quote and couldn't go any higher. After haggeling for about 10 minutes the sales manager gave me a quote that was 1000.00 higher than the original quote, but still $800 under Kelly Blue book value. He told me that was the best he could do and nobody would match that offer.
We then left the dealership, went accross town to Beaverton Toyota/Scion and they offered me the Kelly Blue Book value on our trade in and received our business.
The salesman at Broadway Toyota/Scion seemed nice enough, but the sales manager was rude and condesending. He treated my wife and my self like we were stupid, incompetent and like he was giving us the world, even though we all know he wasn't telling the truth.
My advice, if you have a trade in stay far, far away from this dealer. If you have cash in hand they are probably OK to deal with.
They do seem to have a larger inventory than other dealers in the Portland area, but for us it wasn't worth it and the 6 week wait for our xA RS 1.0 from Beaverton Toyota/Scion was worth it.

I bought a Thundercloud XB from the guys at Broadway. I don't remember their names but I did appreciate how each guy pitched in to help me out with all my questions. They knew how to answer my questions and help me find the right accessories.

I dunno about the rest of those guys @ broadway. paul asked another sales man to take me out for a test drive cause he was busy and the guy didn't want to and made it known right there in front of me than they went into the sales managers office to have it out. really beat. Then I call abck and say, I'd like a white one, can you let me know. only interested in WHITE, no other colors. Then I get a calls everyday for 5 days that they have TCM's on the lot and I should just grab one of them cause white is SOOO hard to get. Avoid John Wayne (yes thats his real name) at all cost. real jerk who wont give up.
Broadway sales guys SUCK (except for Paul).
I went out to see Tim Reed @ Gesham
Scion and was treated great. ordered a white one that day that will be here in 10 days.
all star ratings exclude Paul who was the only person that was nice to me, but didn't have much time.

Broadway was one of the dealerships I visited in my search for an xB. I mainly decided not to order through them due to the length of time it was taking for a group of xB's to be delivered. Paul Johnson was great and I highly recommend asking for him if you go there. I'm not sure they'll have much inventory or allocations simply because of their size. But, if you are willing to wait in order to get exactly what you want, call and ask for Paul.

Broadway Scion has a few things going for them.... they are central to Portland and have some dedicated staff, but they have almost no showroom space.
When I went in to talk to them they were very friendly and more than happy to answer my questions.
