we bought a 2007 tc. We love it. The led taillights, rear spoiler, interior lights and rims really made it look nice. Still want to get a navigation system and rear dvd players installed but waiting on that.

My partner & I both bought Scions from Burien Scion ... we will NEVER buy there again. And it's not because of our salesman Warren (he was great), but because of the service department (SD).

The SD is the worst I have ever had to deal with. They lose paperwork frequently, my partner had to fax his service order to the SD several times. Ordering parts is ALWAYS an ordeal. My partner had to go back several times to have his door panels fixed, because the service department ordered the wrong parts three times.

When I took delivery of my tC the service department installed my stereo, sub-woofer, lock nuts, alarm system etc. It took forever for someone to call when parts were in & schedule an appointment. They misplaced my paperwork twice. Sub-woofer was not installed well, they scratched my dashboard installing the stereo, & they wanted to keep it for 2 days ... because they couldn't finish all the work on time. Even though they had the car @ 8 AM!

This SD is THE WORST ... avoid at all cost!

We walked in to the Scion dealership and felt completely at home. Kelly and Kirk were wonderful. They made us feel relaxed and did what we asked them to do. It was the best car buying process I ever experienced. Thanks~

Thanks. If you ever want to get a Scion in a very straight-forward manner, get it the way you want it and have a very no pressure salesman, go ask for Kelly. Tell them that Rith sent you!!!!!

This is my second visit to Burien Scion. I almost bought an XA in 2004 but was unable to wait for the vehicle we wanted at the time. This time around, I was more successful. The staff here are extremely friendly and know their stuff. I look forward to many years of fun with my new XA.

I just purchased myself a beautiful Flint Mica tC. It was a bit of a headache on my part. My buyers for my old car kept falling through and I was waitin for people to come up with the money. Paul and Kelly at the dealership worked with me and got me what I needed on my car. Instead of selling it to a thirdparty they worked the numbers on a trade-in and here I am. I had to order my car twice waiting on a buyer for my Dodge. They kept in contact and made sure I was good with everything. These guys are great. Props to them for putting up with my 'lagness'.

Well, good at first when it went downhill. I asked for no license on my bumper 3 weeks before I got the car...... It's drilled on nice and good. Also 3 weeks before the car I was told that I would get my custom wheel for $1200. They tried to stick me for $1800!!! Long story short, with a lot of hard ball talk I finally got my rims and tired for $900. Now I have to go back and redo some paperwork they messed up on. I must say with all the hate and discontent I finally got what I wanted. Thanks to Ted Clarage and especially John Chong. I am now happy!. Maybe you should go to Bob Bridge in Renton if you're getting a Scion.

I wasn't impressed with this dealership. I would not recommend the service or the sales department to anyone. The parts guys are nice though and they do a nice job. Otherwise, find another dealership to deal with.

I got my 2005 xA this weekend and even though I had to wait awhile for it to come in, it was worth it! The car is amazing, just what I wanted. Lloyd Roper, the salesman, was not like the usual car salesmen that always make me feel a little bit slippery. He was honest, authentic, let me know about all my options without trying to talk me into anything and didn't make me feel bad when I changed my mind on a few things while I was waiting. I love the fact that the prices are the same no matter where you are, since I've never known in the past if I've made a great deal or just been scammed by someone. Since the car was so much more popular than Toyota had anticipated, it did take awhile for it to come in, but Lloyd offered me the opportunity at every other xA that came in during the time I was waiting. I was grateful but decided to hold out for the one I wanted and now I'm really glad I did! It's beautiful, everything I wanted, and I would recommend the dealership and Lloyd Roper to anyone. A very clean, kind and honest transaction. And knowing all Toyota products are so well made makes me feel even better!

Had a tough time finding a Scion Xb, they are so popular. Burien Scion had one and we were able to buy it the same day we called. Kelly Stuart was helpful, honest, and easy to deal with. Glad we found Burien Scion and the car we wanted.

I purchased a 5spd Flint Mica from Burien Scion in Burien. My Main person of contact was Kelly Stuart, he seemed very knoledgeable about the whole scion experience and kept me informed about changes and problems as they arose. He had an assistant named Keirn? who also helped me out while Kelly was assisting other customers. I felt almost no pressure durring the buying experience and even though there were no scion tc's on the lot, whenever one came in that ended up not being allocated to another customer, Kelly would call and offer it to me in case i didnt want to wait till mine came in. He also worked with me, while i changed my mind about what options i wanted installed on the car, something i changed about 4 times durring the course of my wait. they charged only $35.00 for the doc fee, something i had been dreading while reading other dealer's reviews around the country, and i was only charged for what i ordered, without any extra charges or options that i didnt want or need. most of my adult life ive held car salesmen in contempt and usually walk onto car lots with an almost open hostility towards them, but after my dealing with burien scion, and Kelly Stuart i may have to rethink my position. at least as far as the scion brand goes. the only bad things i can say about them is that they didnt have alot of scion stock to work with, and i had to wait for about an hour while the finance girl finished up with another client.

When I called today, I asked if they had a 5-speed Polar White xB on the lot. They said they would check and call me back. 30 min later they call back and say they have one, so I tell them if I can give them a deposit for it..they said they would hold it for me until 7:45 PM (when I said I would be there by). A couple hours later I called to ask if I could take delivery tonight. They explained to me that the car was "at the port" and it would take 5 days to two weeks to get. Imagine if I did not call back and just went down there...ultimately they were trying to get me there, then convince me to sign the paperwork, then make me wait. They should have been honest up front and not be dishonest and get my hopes us.

This afternoon, I went to Michael's Scion and ordered my Polar White xB...Michael's was straightforward and honest.
