I bought my 09 CSM Tc at Burnsville Scion back in August from Sandy Tepley. She was great at helping me out and was up front about limited Scion knowledge. I didn't care and explained I had everything set aside for financing and knew tons about the Tc. This was my first car buying experience (at a dealer) and the staff made everything easy. I offered my old S10 to trade and they priced it very fair, but I decided to sell it on Craigslist and I ended making another $500 more than there appraisal. The whole time, Sandy was relaxed and didn't persist or rush me until I sold it and put the deposit down on my 09 CSM and drove away that Saturday.
Total close time: 3 days
Total time at dealer for delivery: 2 hours
Experience overall: Impressed and will recommend Sandy for anyone

Just bought an xA on 5/9/05. Whole experience was quick and easy. I bought here instead of another dealer much closer to me because their trade-in offer was $500 higher. I got the impression that my particular salesman wasn't too familiar with the Scion brand, but that didn't matter to me: I knew all I needed to know from internet research...I could of bought this car from a vending machine

This is a great dealership. I originally had an xA on order and they let me take all the time I needed to decide exactly what I wanted.
Then I got tired of waiting for my xA. Called them up on a Friday and they had a tC in stock. I told them to hold it for me and went up that evening. I got there 10 minutes before closing, but they stayed over an hour late and I was driving the tC home that night.
I definitely reccomend this dealership.
