I bought my car somewhere else, this is a SERVICE DEPARTMENT review.
I took both my xB and my wife's tC to Burt Toyota on S. Broadway in Englewood, CO. The first time I was there one of the mechanics was really creepy and followed my wife and me around most of the time we were there. Second, when I went to the restroom he apparently tried to "hover" next to my wife.
The second time I went there, which was today 9/18/06, I arrived and was the first vehicle in line. 2 hours and 40 minutes later and after my car key was "misplaced" for about 5 minutes, I was a good bit upset and requested to speak with the service department manager. He was mysteriously not available.
So for a simple "Free Scion oil change", the first time took over an hour and 30 minutes and the second time was 2 hours and 40 minutes. I was first and\or second vehicle in line both times.
I would HIGHLY NOT recommend Burt Toyota.

Due to a miscommunication regarding dealer handling fees, the sales manager agreed to waive their dealer handling fee of $299. This is the dealer fee OUTSIDE of Scion's Pure Pricing. I did my part; I paid to have the xA shipped from Utah to Colorado. I gave them a $500 deposit. They told me the car arrived, and would be ready at 4pm on 10/1. At the last minute, they told me the car wasn't prepped, and would need to be held for 2 more days. They also did a bait-and-switch; they came back to me at the last second and said they "need" to charge me the $299, since Scion will audit them and penalize them if they didn't do so. Livid, I really was on the verge of canceling my deal with them, but I really have my heart set on the hard to find 5-spd xA. I urge anyone dealing with Todd at Burt Scion to exercise a fair amount of caution.

I have bought many cars from Burt. Elway tried to beat the deal I got with Burt but could not. They first told me they would then when the deal came down Elway backed out. The staff at Burt have always treated me right. I would continue to purchase from Burt.

I bought a 2005 xB from Burt and had a salesperson that really knew what he was talking about. In fact this is the 6th car I have bought from Burt, they have always treated my family good. I know that all dealers have their faults, but Burt has always been upfront with my family.

Poor communication, constantly changing stories, a lot of run-around and very bad attitudes from the salesperson and manager caused me to cancel my order with Burt and buy from another dealer.
They are many dealers in the Denver area; please do not do business with the Burt group of dealerships.

Got the car on the 7th. A white tC with TRD mufflers and floor mats. Bought the car with Joey D'amico, pretty nice guy. Soon I'll be adding more stuff to my Scion tC.
