Back in June of 08 I went to this dealership and purchased an 08 xB, and boy did I love it. I got great service during the buying process and the same when I brought in it for service at the 5000 and 10000 miles service. A few weeks ago, I was rear ended and the car was totaled. Once I was able to I went right back to Camelback Scion to get my new one. All of the guys there were great. I didn't feel pressured or rushed in the least bit. I can't remember everyone's name, but I know Mousa and Steve were excellent to work with. Now my 09 xB is just as marvelous and I am looking forward to recommending this dealership to everyone I know that needs a car. THANK YOU.

So as some of you may know, my Xb1 was totaled out about a month ago, and while I was trying to wait to go pick up my new car, circumstances arose that brought that plan to a halt. So, about a week ago, I became the owner of a new Xd. Bryan Lonsberry at
Camelback Toyota sold me both the Xb and the Xd, and I definitely recommend anyone new here go down there to check out new Scions, and meet the sales team. Bryan got me set up with a Touch Screen Kenwood Navigation/CD/DVD/Satellite Radio Head Unit WITH Ipod compatibility(lets me browse the Ipod Music and Video libraries from the screen) and many many other capabilities, plus my alarm, and he even came in on his day off to make sure it got installed as quickly as possible. I could not be happier with the car or the dealership.

The Dealership was great and didn't breathe down our necks to buy a vehicle (which I love because I hate going to a car dealership and having some salesmen nagging at you and pointing at cars you don't like trying to get you to buy them just because they want them off their lot =D) Chad & Bryan were GREAT! Well the start may have been slow, but when you get the right men with the right passion about an XB my final results were FABULOUS!!!! Chad and Bryan are the definite choice to work with. They truly understood my needs and actually listen to their customers. They honestly believe that the customer is always right.

My fiance and I had been looking at the 08 xB's for a bit and finally decided to take it to the next step and head to the dealership. We had already been to 2 other dealerships and called several others (some had no enthusiasm what so ever about selling a Scion and others had very little knowledge about the xB) . We called CB SCION and they had the vehicle and color we were looking for. BRYAN and CHAD were extremely helpful and had more knowledge than you can imagine about the vehicles on their lot and any after market accessory you needed. It was then we knew we were dealing with professionals and were willing to give them a shot at winning our business. Bryan Lonsberry sold us this one, and we were very pleased to see that also this salesman was as pleasant and fast as can be. He went out off his way to answer all of our questions, and once again, no pressure, no hassle.
It is (for a change) a pleasurable experience, to buy a car.

I had seen the 2008 xB's and I wasn't very thrilled with them, but Bryan let me test drive the only one available to purchase on their lot and I decided to buy it. He helped me get setup with some rims and I have fallen in love with the car. Bryan made the trade in of my 06 xB and the purchase of my new xB so smooth and quick that I will be going back to Camelback for all of my vehicle needs! I even refered my parents there and they bought an 07 Carolla, we both love the buying experiance at Camelback Scion. Thanks Bryan!

Since the first time I called Camelback, I was treated with the best care I have ever received from any car dealership. I was put on the waiting list for the new 2008 Scion xB even before they received my deposit. They kept in contact with me the whole time, informing me whenever they had any new information on when my car would arrive. As soon as it arrived I was called immediately. They had my car cleaned and ready to go the minute I arrived at the dealership. If you are looking for a Scion, Bryan at Camelback Scion is the only way to go.

Having eyed the Scion xB for the last few years, I was all about getting my hands on a new 08 model as soon as possible. I emailed a few dealerships in the valley, and Bryan from Camelback Scion was THE ONLY dealer that sent me a non-stock reply. From that moment until I signed the papers, this was the most enjoyable, easy, straightforward and honest process ever.
I never had purchased a car before, but a few years back I purchased $2000 scooter from a Yamaha dealership in the valley, and that seemed like getting my teeth removed compared to getting the xB.
Kudos to everyone over there, including the financing guys. They worked with me to get an APR and payment I was comfortable with, and were even running around to get things done even faster because I was running late for a date with my girlfriend.
If you've never bought a car, but are think about a Scion, CALL BRYAN!!! If you've never gotten a Scion, but have gotten a car before, this will be a DREAM EXPERIENCE!

I bought my 2nd tC at Camelback Scion after I had the Awesome Body shop there actually fix some other body shops nightmare. I got it back and it was back to new but I saw the Blitz Blue tC and wow WOW it was me. I dealt with Mark Bradley, and Brian Lonesberry as my Scion specialists. They were great!!!! Communication, helpful to my delivery of Blue. The only thing i really didn't like was that I had to deal with a final Finance guy- but that actually went smooth too! So it was ok, just brought back " Car salesman in a normal dealership memories."
My first scion sales actually went from start to finish with one specialist so I kind of expected the same.
I liked the way they both handled any issues that I had with extreme helpful attitudes, no delay or hassles on whose to blame on minor issues it had from its trip. I was actually sooo impressed with the level of community involvement. Camelback was my first poker run event, that marked me a Scionetics unclubber.

Well let me first say that I thought my first Scion purchase a year ago was a good one. My experience this past week with Camelback took it to a whole new level. I was happy with my first xB, I just wanted to trade it in for a manual trans xB. Bryan made this a very seamless transaction. My experience with Camelback Scion was great. I was looking at the xB and had the pleasure of meeting Ron and Mark at Camelback Scion (two of the biggest enthusiasts I know @ any dealership). Ron was great to deal with and completely blew me aways with his product knowledge and personality which made the experience worthwhile.
I know when people go car shopping they have preconceived notions of auto-dealers (I know, I was one myself), but they have not been to Camelback. I was/still am impressed with the service here...and if blurb still has you wondering my better half was soo impressed we just got her a new xB as well!

Overall, I had an excellent experience working with and buying a tC with Mark Bradley at Camelback Scion.
If you enjoy high pressure sales, this place is not for you. Mark went through all the paces of giving me the grand tour of the car and there was no pressure to buy the car. Fininancing took a short time and the only problem to mention is that I had to wait for at least 20 to 40 minutes in the waiting room before getting to talk to the finance person. I would recommend Mark to anyone looking for a new car, especially if they are thinking about getting a Scion.

So, all I can really say is that I highly recommend Camelback Scion. I chose this dealership based on a recommendation. I dealt with two main sales reps, one being sales manager Bryan Lonsberry, other being Ron Le Blanc, both of whom were really helpful and professional. As far as the car is concerned, it turned out unbelievable, better than I had expected. Everything I wanted as far as accessories were available and were installed within two days.The facility was clean, and the lot had many cars to choose from, though I knew what I wanted before hand. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a Scion in the Phoenix area. Do it.

I have 2 friends who have Scions and they love then so that's what made me look at Scions. I walked into the dealership and was immediatly helped by Bryan Lonsberry. He asked me what I was looking for and had me take a test drive right away. After the drive we sat down and discussed the pricing. He explained Pure Pricing and what you see is what you get. I left with a bottom line of my total cost and a quote of my monthly payment. 1 week later when my car arrived, my dad and I went in to sign the paperwork. Brian had all the paperwork set up and ready togo and was very effcient. We were in and out with no hassels or number switching. My dad is a hard man to please and he was completely satisfied with everything that went on and thought everything was handled very well. I'd recommend Camelback Scion to anyone, the car is awesome and I still stop in to talk about what I should add next and have them show me their own Scions and what they have done to them. They are all awesome guys.

My husband and I purchased an xB from Camelback and had a wonderful car buying experience! We had the priviledge of working with Brian and Ron they were very helpful and knowledgeable.
The only thing I wish is that I could have gotten more for my trade, but you cannot win them all. My husband and I love our new xB and we are looking forward to our next Scion purchase.
During our purchase experience, we also met Mark who was taking care of other customers and Mark was very nice and professional too. Everyone we met at Camelback Scion was really nice and accommodating. It was a real pleasure working with all of the sales staff of Camelback Scion.

I made the mistake of leaving my car at this dealership AFTER signing all of the paperwork. This was my first car buying experience and I did not put anything in options. Like any car buying situation, there are loopholes to purchasing a Scion as well...NOT EVERYTHING IS "PURE PRICING." Please make sure that you have the dealer you work with WRITE DOWN ALL OF YOUR "ADDED OPTIONS." He will try to put your options into his computer and give you an 'estimated payment.' He will also tell you that he has a 'buffer.' I did not receive the options I requested verbally, and the dealership is not cooperating now that my paperwork has been signed and we drove the car off of the lot. I will not return to Camelback Toyota to purchase another car. Please have the dealer write EVERYTHING down for you and good luck!

Customer signed a Buyer's Order that listed which alarm system she was buying. Before she signed the Buyer's Order we disclose the specifics of the deal, including the VIN, registration info and ALL PRICING AND OPTIONS ADDED. At delivery the customer told us we put the wrong alarm system on there xB, claiming that they intended to order the more expensive system which included auto-start. We apologized for the mistake and offered to split the difference on the upgrade. She refused and said it was our mistake and that she shouldn't have to pay for it. We reminded her that we had not charged her for the more expensive system and that she had received everything she paid for at our posted price. We also offered to provide a rental car if the equipment swap was inconvenient for them.

Buying a car should be easy everywhere. It is a great feeling knowing that the prices are set and no negotiating and having to play the games with the conventional dealer. You walk in, here's the price, take it or leave it. Also, you know that the guy before you and the guy after you paid the same price so you can feel confident about your purchase. Also, it is cool that Mark, our sales person, is a Scion freak. You can tell by talking to him that he is excited about the Scions and loves them just as much as we did. When we decided to buy the Scion xB, we called all over the Phoenix area looking for it in our color. Nobody had it in stock. We would have to wait for 1-2 weeks to get the xB and most likely not in the color we wanted. I spoke with Mark at Camelback Toyota and they had several in stock and in the color I was looking for. I came in the following day and picked up my xB with no problems, even the financing guy was easy to work with. Great experience.

The customer service I have received from Bryan Lonsberry from Camelback Toyota Scion far exceeded my expectations. During my first visit, I took a tC for a pressure-free test drive. I was not certain about which car I wanted to purchase, and still wanted to check out a Civic. Bryan called a Honda dealer across the start to tell them I was coming over. At that point I knew I was buying from Bryan. Unfortunate life circumstances prevented me from purchasing any car at that time. Six months later I went back to Camelback and, to my surprise, Bryan remembered me. Although I am a first-time buyer, I really don't think the buying process could have been any easier. I have had the car for about three months now, and the customer service has not ended. Whenever I have a question or concern, Bryan responds immediately. I recently met the rest of the Scion team at Camelback, and they seem very responsive and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend Camelback Toyota Scion.

I looked at several dealerships prior to Camelback and felt that I was being seriously lowballed on my trade at most of them. My friend recommended Bryan, and despite the fact that it was a haul from where I live, I was willing to give him a shot. Needless to say, I was VERY pleased with the overall experience, both my friend and I were well taken care of and happy with the deals we got. Bryan is a great guy in general, very knowledgeable about the product, and was pleasant to work with. I've bought 8 vehicles since I was 18 years old, and this experience ranks at the top. I strongly recommend these guys if you're in the market.
The ONLY Negative: the finance person who took us through the final paperwork. He was fairly short with us, he made me question the reliability of my brand new car in his effort to sell me an extended warranty, and could have been more polite and helpful. This in no way reflects on Bryan, if "staff attitude" was only based on him, it'd be 5 stars.

Camelback Scion really knows how to treat their customers. Not only did Mark and Brian do everything in their power to get me into my new Release Series 2.0 tC, they went that extra step and got their best technician in the service department to swap the parts from my Flint Mica tC over to my new RS. In addition, they also made sure that I received the most on my trade-in and that I did not get ripped off by service for the parts swap. I will definitely buy my next car from Camelback Toyota Scion (although I don't know if it will be another Scion or maybe an actual Toyota) and will most assuredly refer all of my friends to this dealer.

After searching for so many different cars, I saw a Scion xA on the street and fell in love right away!! I was so reluctant to deal with car dealers because of my past experience with Ford dealers. But Brian changed my mindset after a few minutes. He was not only knowledgeable and courteous, but also came all the way to Scottsdale during rush hour to pick me up!! I felt comfortable buying my new car from him because he was not pushy at all and explained everything to me. He promptly returned my calls. Just want to let you know that Brian and JP did an awesome job looking out for what I wanted and needed. I've talked to Brian a little and he managed to get me exactly what I want. Also he and JP gave me some additional info on how I can personalize my tC and gave me some nice websites so I can join in on the magic that is Scion. JP obviously knew everything about the Scion vehicles and was able to answer everything I asked. Not only that but he was able to get the deal done in good time. I was pretty happy I didn't have to spend the whole day there. Brian and JP were awesome, thanks for your knowledge and professionalism and I will definitely be seeing you again.

My husband and I will be moving to Korea (military), so I was looking to get a smaller car that we would be able to drive over there without any hassles. We finally settled on getting the Scion xA after looking at the Kia Rio and a couple other models. We went in and talked to Brian and told him what we wanted after we took a test drive. He was very low key and no pressure at any point in the process, which was awesome. We got our car exactly as we wanted it, sooner than expected; it took about 3 weeks for the whole process to wrap up. When we went to go pick up the car, Brian told the financing department our situation ahead of time (that we'd be taking the car out of the country soon) so we went through the paperwork like a breeze and didn't get any pressure to purchase security options. IT WAS JUST THE PERFECT TIMING FOR IT. MY BOYFRIEND HAD INTRODUCED ME TO THE SCIONETICS TEAM, AND THAT WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE. NOT ONLY DID HE GET A CAR, BUT HE GOT A LOT OF NEW FRIENDS AS WELL. After visiting two other dealers in town, we were not very impressed. The staff at the other dealers did not know as much about the cars as my wife. We ran into the scionetics group at one of their outings and met Mark and Bryan. They were great and very helpful. Within a few days we had ordered our new RS 3.0 from Bryan. It arrived before we had thought it would. We have been treated very well and feel like we have some new family members! I would strongly recommend Camelback Scion to all that are interested and we will definitely buy our next XB from them.

I had already bought a vehicle with Camelback Toyota and I was fairly satisfied but when Scion first came out I wasn’t into looking to get a new car. After I got into a wreck I went down to a local dealer that had an xb in stock because there was a wait on everyone else. I couldn’t believe how fast these cars were going. So I bought a scion xb for my mom. After my accident I was pondering whether to get an xb or a tc....but since I already had gotten the xb I decided to go with the tc. I met mark as I came in through the door. I loved the fact that the guy selling me the scion owned one himself. First time I had seen a salesman stand behind the product he was selling. I was very happy with my azure pearl colored tc.

I had been looking at getting an xB for a while and when I finally decided to take the plunge I had a little over 2 weeks before a road trip to northern California. I was not planning on having the xB in time for my trip but both Bryan and Mark assured me that they would have it delivered and ready to go for my trip. While I had my doubts about getting it in time Camelback Scion came through with flying colors and I had my brand new xB 4 days before I left for my trip! I am very happy with the entire process from my first phone call to the day I drove away with my new xB. Camelback even got us a lower interest rate through Toyota financing than our bank offered us. When it comes time to buy a TC for my wife you can bet it will be from the great staff at Camelback Scion!

After dealing with the guys at Camelback Scion I don’t think I'll ever go anywhere else to buy a car. These guys are top notch, I was skeptical about talking to any car salesmen, I mean who hasn’t had a bad experience? But these guys made it painless and quick. We bought a Honda last year and were in the dealership for 6 hours or more "working the deal” the first thing my wife said to me was, "we aren’t spending all day at the dealership." In 2 hours we were new owners of an xB and the longest part we had to wait for was the options we purchased to be installed because they only had one technician on hand for a Saturday so we had to come back in a few hours to pick it up. Still we were very impressed. I wish they had a few more colors of cars on hand to choose from but I guess when you sell a lot of cars, pickings are slim! And that’s a good thing. Thanks CB!

I came to camelback Scion in a bad position. My Honda just took a dive and I was in need of a car immediately. I had met Brian a few months back when my girlfriend was looking at TC's. Brian not only made me feel good about the whole car buying experience but really gave me a sense of community and a sense of pride in scion. Everyone there went out of their way to congratulate me on my new XB. Mark came by and had a chat about his xb and a couple of the Toyota guys did the same. There isn’t a single thing I could have asked for to make my experience any better. Best in class, best in service and best in show. All top notch. I had visited a few other scion dealers around the valley but none were so friendly and knowledgably as these guys. I couldn't even get a salesman at the scion by me house. Within 2 weeks of emailing Mark that I was interested in purchasing a tC, I was driving away in a new SW tC. Mark was very nice and very knowledgeable. My experience was awesome. My boyfriend had dealt with Brian and the Camelback crew 8 months prior and was very impressed. But I was unsure, I have had bad experiences in the past but Brian blew me away with how friendly and courteous he was and I have been recommending Brian and Camelback Scion to all my friends and any one whom approaches me about buying a new car. We arrived at Camelback Scion a little after 5:00 "just to look" and by 7:30 we were driving off the lot with our Flint Mica XA. Mark Bradley was so warm and friendly; this was the most pleasant car-buying experience we've ever had. No, I take it back-it was the only pleasant car-buying experience we've ever had. When we mentioned our teenager would be driving it, Mark took the time to point out things we should show her and tell her about the car, and even threw in her own Scion key chain. I see a couple negative posts about one of the finance guys here. All we can say is our finance guy, John Brown, was pleasant and courteous and we felt no pressure at all to buy any of those "value add-on" extras. He explained them all thoroughly, yet briefly, and seemed not perturbed in the least when we passed on them. We’ll definitely be recommending Mark Bradley, and Camelback Toyota to friends and family.

At first I did not know what to expect of the people or the department of Camelback Scion. As a result of working with Mark, I am now a very happy owner of a scion TC. Not only is the car great, the relationship that the people of the scion department make with their customers is one of a kind. If I have any questions I just pick up the phone and call. They have answered every question I have ever asked and the questions they didn’t know they will make sure they find someone that does know. I can’t but help commenting on the post that was written prior to mine. It seems to be the case of a person that will never be satisfied no matter what the circumstances are. Finally, the people that work at Camelback scion and the dealer overall, are first class and I highly recommend them to anyone that is interested in purchasing a new scion. This is my first review on here of Camelback Scion, although it is my second scion that I have purchased from this dealership. They have taken care of me every step of the way, and have gone as far as paying for a rental while my car was being taken care of in the service center. Mark, JP, and Brian have gone out of their way to make sure that I have been happy with every part of my car. These guys are a great group of guys and try very hard to keep the owners involved in the scion experience even after the purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a scion.

Working with Camelback Scion was a DREADFUL experience. When I took delivery of the car there were minor paintwork issues to be fixed, and some custom upgrades to be completed. The car was in the garage for 2 days, during which time all they did was fit an alarm. The paintwork and upgrades had been forgotten. I also noticed a new scratch had appeared on the door. Bryan agreed it had happened while in their possession and it would be corrected. The 2nd time it went in they again forgot to do the bodywork. Collecting the car for the 3rd time I noticed yet another new scratch on the hood. Glenn Coe, manager and Kim McKay were extremely rude and told me they had no intention of fixing anything, that I was lying about all scratches and that I had done them all. Despite being assured by Bryan on earlier visits that he accepted it was their fault, he would not back me during this discussion. His boss was extremely rude to me; so much for their stress free policy AVOID THEM.

She brought the car in to get a scratch, that was documented at
delivery, fixed. The car was very dirty so we had it detailed after we
did the work we promised. A rock chip was found on the hood after we
cleaned the car. The chip was not noticed when the customer took
delivery of the vehicle and was not brought to our attention when she
dropped the car off for repairs. If the chip HAD been there at
delivery, or if we had felt there was a chance we had caused the chip,
we would have fixed it.

I had an awesome experience at camelback. I had never driven a tc before and knew I wanted one. I called around to several dealerships in town but all failed to have any inventory. I worked with Bryon over the phone and ended up working with Jp in person. both were too good to me. They gave me just what I wanted for my trade and took delivery that night.
Only complaint was from finance dept. please beware of fast talking and extras. i was sold something from rep (Mario) that was told was already installed on the vehicle. I almost wanted to cancel the whole deal. Came back next day to cancel items with much resistance from Mario. JP stepped in and saved his sale. I left happy and would recommend camelback Toyota Scion to all!!

Great job guys! Bryan and Mark and Jp!!! I believe this is the best Scion dealership in Arizona. Go see them and you will never regret purchasing Scion.
By the way, the only reason why I gave one star on inventory level is because they sell Scion so fast it is hard for them to keep inventory. Now, that shows how good they are! See it for yourself!!

I did my research online and decided that Camelback Scion would be my first dealer visit. We walked onto the lot late Friday night and met with Brian regarding an XB. He was very friendly and answered all my questions to satisfaction. He took the time to show us all the features of the car but being late, we decided that we would test drive one the following day. We arrived at 10:00am and took a test drive w/ Mark and sat down again w/ Brian and began worked out a deal. Bryan was very patient and tried hard to provide us with the best experience possible. In the end, my only complaint was with our "business manager", Eric Lard. He was very fast talking and seemed genuinely annoyed at the thought of having to answer my questions. He complained that I took too much of his time and seemed shocked that I wouldn't buy all the extra goodies they offered. In the end, I would recommend Camelback Scion and Bryan Lonsberry but beware of Eric Lard.

After having an extremely grueling experience trying to buy a Tc from Superstition Springs Toyota, I called Camelback in desperation. I spoke with Bryan, told him the situation and what I wanted. Long story, short, Bryan went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted, when I wanted it; all without me ever having to step into the dealership until I was ready to sign the papers.
Signing the papers....We made the unfortunate mistake of letting our guard down in the finance office. I wanted to get an extended warranty but what I ended up with was, what Eric Lard, our very fast talking "business manager" called the "value meal deal". Every unnecessary warranty you can think of. I’d prefer to call it the "sucker meal deal". I went to the dealership the next day to undo $3,000 worth of unnecessary warranties, but that turned out to be more trouble than it was worth. I would buy again, from Bryan, just pay very close attention in the finance department.

This was my second buying experience with Camelback Scion and I have to say it was a very pleasant one. Bryan really made the entire process painless and very quick. He knew exactly what I needed, and wanted and did not pressure me into buying anything else. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, three qualities you don't often find in car salesmen. I have had bad experiences with other Scion dealerships in the past. Bryan has erased any potential bad feelings I could have had about Scion and went above and beyond in customer service. I will highly recommended Camelback Scion to anyone interested in buying a new car.
During my visit I did interact with several other people from the sales floor and although I was already being helped by Bryan they all treated me with the same respect and kindness if I had been their client. I appreciate the friendly attitude of all the staff I met on Friday. You are all great!

I just wanted to take the time to thank Bryan Lonsberry over at Camelback Scion. I was referred to Bryan from a friend after visiting another dealership. The difference was night and day. Bryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The tC that I was looking for was not available on location but Bryan took the time to find one for me and keep me informed on when I could expect it to arrive. I went to Camelback Scion based on the numerous positive reviews here at ScionLife and, in short, I was not disappointed. I went in on Tuesday, met with JP Ha, who although didn't seem as gungho about Scions as Mark and Bryan, was a really nice and helpful guy. I told him that I wanted a 2006 Flint Mica tC on Tuesday and was driving it off the lot four days later on Saturday (it was actually ready to go Friday night, but I couldn't get over there). I met Mark and Bryan on Saturday and they were great guys, invited me to Scionetics.com and the weekly meet. I was absolutely impressed with everyone I met and recommend Camelback to everyone I meet. I have no buyer's remorse, and being that this was one of the largest purchases I've made in my life, I completely expected to have some. I've recommended my aunt and coworkers to go check them out already.

I just wanted to take the time to thanks Bryan Lonsberry at Camelback Scion. Very easy to talk with and do the deal with. It was the best and easiest deal I have done. This coming from someone that buys a new car almost every 8 months. I had went to a different dealership to test drive them that was closer to my work and didnt get a good feeling from them at all. Jeff here at my work had told me to call Bryan and he would take care of me. Well I called him and got everything set up to come up and see him. Trade in on my truck was easy as it came back right at what I wanted it to. There wasnt any of the "well we will give you this and that". We came to a conclusion within minutes. I had wanted to wait for alittle while since I was moving some money around and had to wait a couple weeks. He was cool with that. Just a great experience from start to finish. I would recommend everyone and anyone to Bryan at Camelback Scion. Great, great place to deal with, and very easy to talk with.

The guys over at Camelback definitly will not steer you wrong. I was helped out by Mark even before I called or showed up to the dealership via Scionlife and that definitly made me feel good about going to Camelback to pick up my tC. Mark wasn't working that day, but JP did a great job working with me. Bryan (sp?) took me to check out his car stereo, and all his mods to it before I talked buying the car, very helpful. JP, and all the other guys at Camelback were very knowledgable. They are a great help, and aren't pushy, but definitly personal. GREAT QUALITY. If you ever have any questions or need to talk scions with them, i'm 100% positive they won't hesitate to help. When the guys are even on scionlife to talk mods, future news, and meets with you, it's great to know you put your trust, and money in the right hands. I have purchased two vehicles from MARK BRADLY and Brian in the last 5 months . I drove the xB For a little bit and thought I wanted something faster so I moved up in the scion line to the tC. I haven't been to a dealership like this in my life . These guys were fast at what they do and know there product. This dealership has access to more scions then and other dealership in the state that I noticed .They always had the color and car I wanted in . If you want to be impressed and get a great car the scion way is to go and the dealership is camelback Toyota.

First I would like to say "Thank You Very Much" to Mark Bradley at Camelback Toyota for his Determination and Flawless Customer Service... I called every single Toyota / Scion dealer in the Valley for a Black Cherry Pearl or Nautical Blue 2006 manual tC. As a salesman taking the customer role, I was looking for a certain level professionalism, product knowledge and dedication as a potential buyer... Camelback Toyota / SCION either met or exceeded my expectations. None-the-less with 125% determination and a daily status update phonecall, Mark was able to locate and deliver a rare and hard to find Black Cherry Pearl 06 manual tC to another satisfied customer... As a new member of the SCION family, I have 2 things to say: 1) My tC not only looks good, it's so much fun to drive, 2) If your looking to buy a SCION, I highly recommend talking to Mark or anyone on the Camelback SCION Team. Thank you again for making my first new car purchase a memorable and pain free experience.
When looking to purchase my xB I went to all of the dealers in the valley. The only team that seemed to have the knowledge and enthusiasum about Scions was Bryan and Mark at Camelback Scion. They took the time to answer my questions and there was a no pressure atmosphire. Bryan took the time to expain the whole buying process to me. After purchasing my xB I began going to the meets here in the valley, and I was impressed to see Bryan and Mark at these events. Not only do they drive what they sell, they are both very active with our Scion group. You can save yourself alot of time and headaches by going to see Bryan or Mark first, they will treat you right.
I must also add that the best thing about Camelback is that they DO NOT add stuff to thier Scions like the other dealers do here in the valley, they leave that to you.

I just got my Camo xB from Bryan/Mark from Camelback Toyota, I wanted to let everyone know how easy and pleasurable they were to deal with. They had to find me the xB I wanted, since it was not in stock. They worked and found me one, the biggest surprise I had was that they kept me in the loop the whole time about what was going on. Heck, Bryan called me at 8:45 PM the night it actually rolled off the truck, this guy had already worked a full day and I know he had to be dead on his feet, but he still called that night! This showed that these guys care about what they do and the persons the deal with before, during and AFTER, which is very rare for a car dealer on the sales side to do! HATS OFF to Camelback Scion/Toyota for having a program where you get what you want, do not feel like you have been run through a ringer. The full process of everything including going through finance was great.
Never one time did I feel like I was talked at or talked over. So Thanks CamelBack Scion!!

I move to Arizona and was still learning the car, options and what I wanted to do to the car when I ran across BBcrud "Mark Bradley" online. Come to find out he worked at CB Scion and I like his style online so I went to pay him a visit. We chatted about lots of things after we spoke and he knew that I wanted to wait for awhile for my own reasons he was cool with that. No pressure "big key for me" I then met Bryan Lonsberry. He was pretty busy from the look of it, but he still took that extra second to meet me and say "Hi". I then met JP and the GM Glen Coe. These guys let me tell you are "Great, Professional and Courteous to your needs" They would let me know when the color option was coming and keep me up to date on the status. When I decided to order the car after a few months. They jumped and had my car "HERE" within a week. Now that is what I call Service. I dont have a saleman, I have a "Sales Team" Thanks Guys for the Great Service and business.

I first off want to start by saying that this was my first new car buying experience. With that said I had an Awesome experience with Camelback Scion and Mark. I am so happy that I went to Camelback. Mark is a great guy and he treated me like Gold. He was able to answer all of my questions and he was patient. He isn't one of those "pushy" types of sales people. I also need to say that Bryan is a great guy as well. Both of them are VERY knowledgably about the Scion products. I would highly recommend anyone looking into buying a scion to go over and see Mark and Bryan at Camelback. They are friendly and awesome to work with. I can’t thank them enough for all that they did for me. They made my car buying experience a very good one. I had a great experience with Camelback Scion. JP was wonderful to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional yet still personable. When I first went to Camelback Scion I went with the intention to only look and possibly test drive the tC. I explained that I was in the middle of a refi and didn’t want to buy the car until it closed. JP was great! He spent a hour with me showing me the incredible details of the great car and a test drive. I went back 4 weeks later to buy and he even remembered me. I appreciated that he didn’t give me the hard sale. The buying process went very smooth, they had the car ready when I arrived and I didn’t have to spend the entire day to finish the deal as I have experienced at other dealerships. The only negative experience I had was an encounter with a rather rude Toyota salesman who was annoyed that I sitting at his cubical waiting for the finance signing. Despite that incident I would go back to Camelback Scion in a heartbeat.

My experience with Camelback Scion and Bryan was awesome. We wanted to buy our XB in april 04, but I had been laidoff from my job. Bryan wanted to help me find another job rather than push us into buying the car at the time. Now it is november and we went back to CB Scion like we said we would and bought our XB from Bryan. We were treated great as we were in april. Camelback Scion has a new long time customer, we recomend them to everyone looking for thier new Scion toy.

I had been looking for a Phantom xA for about a week. the 2 dealers in Tucson told me, oh we have it on the way, but they could not find it. They also totally low-balled me on the trade in's. On a whim I hit Scion.com to find dealers. Camelback came up first in PHX. So I gave them a call. Talked to Mark, was told he was looking at it right now. Sweet. This was thursday. I found out that I had to work saturday. if I didn't get up there this week I'd be screwed for another month. (2 cars $800+ monthly cost). Mark worked with me over the phone. We were heading up Friday after work (a day earlier than I had told Mark) I call him and let him know we were on the way. The car was Gased, clean and pretty much ready when we got there. They offered better on the trades than I could get in Tucson so that made me feel better right then. I got into the Camelback around 6, was on my way home at 9:30 (Cleaning out 2 cars took a lot of time.) I thought I had a good experiance at Jim Click Ford buying my Explorer, this totally blows it away. I've never felt better at a dealership. No number screwing, no last minute "Oh and the Paint protection plan..." My wifes stoked and I'm happy. Parking was a little crazy at 6 but it thinned out after about 30 minutes. The dealership is clean but a little warm. There is no talking down to you or trying to make things sound better than they are. If I didn't need my truck I'd prolly get an XB as well, might do it anyway. I'd go back to Camelback in a heartbeat to get it too. I honestly can not say enough good things about them. Thank you Mark you made our month.
(A note, I know I only delt with one person, which I will take over the 4 person tag team I got at one of the dealers in Tucson, from what I overheard the other sales people are just as skilled and friendly. They also have a lot of cars on hand, which is really nice seeing as you'd be lucky to find more than 5 cars total at any one of the Tucson Dealers.)
If your in a surrounding area I would highly recomend Camelback as your first, and possibly only stop.
