I was invited to drive a Scion by Jon Lancaster who insisted I was a Scion girl. After one drive in the xB I was sold. It has been true love ever since, with both Capital and with my Scion. During the simple purchasing process the staff at Capital worked as a team to ensure my total satisfaction. Patrick and Steve assisted Jon with my sale. I was more than taken care of -- I was treated like family. Every visit to the dealership since then has been a joy. The associates know me by name and knows my car on sight. My needs are met immediately. I am also highly satisfied with Scion as a company -- especially since I won the the trip to Miami. I was blown away with the involvement that Scion offers its owners. I got to be one of the first to view the new body styles which was incredible. I will always shop at Capital and reccommend them constantly to my clients and friends. I will always drive a Scion. PS....Jon Lancaster is the MAN!!! Buy a Scion from him NOW!!

I bought my xB from Patrick. From start to finish he walked me through and answered every and any question I had. Once I decided to order my box it wasn't long before I received a call from Patrick telling me to come pick it up. Anytime I have had a little issue it has been taken care of fast. They have always strived to make me a happy customer every time I walk in the door. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them.

All I can say is WOW! I had the most amazing experience with Capital Toyota and Scion in Chattanooga.

This was my first time buying a car. Toyota Financial didn't come through for me, but Jon Lancaster and Scott DeFriese did in a big way. I love this car!

I couldn't have asked for better service during and after the sale. Jon communicated with me every step of the way while I waited for my car. He got me the color and customizations I wanted in record time, and personally delivered it to me here in Atlanta, which completely blew my mind. I was willing to come up there and get the car myself, but he insisted upon bringing it to me. I actually was in the market for a Yaris, but when he started showing me his product knowledge, I was SOLD on the Scion xA. The man knows EVERYTHING there is to know about Scions and Toyotas in general -- he's a wealth of information, and a great guy!

For your first or next car purchase, look no further than Jon Lancaster at Capital. AMAZING!

I bought my RS3 from Patrick about three months ago and have been waiting until my first service to submit my review. Just like when I first walked in, all I have is praise for Jon and Patrick. These guys helped with the long process of waiting for this particular car and ever since I have had it, they have been able to answer every question and crazy request that I have been able to throw at them. Patrick helped make the buying experience great, this is my fifth Toyota and I will have to say the most satisfying one to buy yet. I tried going through other local dealers and they had no clue what an RS3 was, which is scary that a sales person doesn't know any more than this about the product that they are trying to sell. If you want a Scion of any type then go and see these guys, you can get anything you want without hassle or dumbfounded looks. They're great!

Capital Scion was not the first dealer that I went to, but it was the only place that I would buy one. I went to my local dealer here in Cleveland and was not impressed with their knowledge at all. After talking with Jon Lancaster for about 2 minutes I could tell that he was a car guy at heart just like me, and that he was extremely knowledgeable about his products. I can't stress enough how much Jon worked with me to get me THE CAR THAT I WANTED, not just what they had on the lot at the time. Jon was very good about getting the car quickly and set up the way that I wanted it to be, which is the whole concept of Scion afterall. One of the coolest things about dealing with Jon is that we share the same kind of sense of humor, I feel like I'm talking to one of my buddies not just some guy who sold me a car. I freakin' love my Scion and making it my own by personalizing it. If you want a new Scion, go see Jon.

When I first walked into Capital, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect; this was my first experience in buying a new car. I think I truly did expect the same treatment I'd gotten at other dealerships - high pressure, a sense of urgency, and a definite nagging notion in the back of my head that someone was trying to put something over on me. Capital was nothing like that - John was honest and excited about his cars, knowing not only the Scion line, but also able to answer any questions I had about the other vehicles I saw sitting on the lot. He was conversational and - knowing I was a first-time buyer - very direct. I was after a tC - no lot carries many on hand, so the low inventory level is just a reflection of that. I have to admit.. the buying experience was stellar, and I will be back. I could not be more excited about the car, or about going to Capital to buy one.

As a woman, purchasing a car can be quite intimidating, but not with Jon Lancaster. Jon immediately put me at ease and gave me the quality service I always expected out of a car dealer but had never received. His attention to detail was tremendous. He knew what I would need and wouldn't need out of my scion tC and never rushed me to a decision. What Patience! I will never go to anyone else ever again. When you've found the perfect match you stop looking and just enjoy the ride.

My husband and I purchased our Scion xA a little over a month ago and we both couldn't be more satisfied. Between the cool design, the great gas mileage and the price, this car was perfect for us. Jon was great to keep us informed about the arrival of our Scion and even let us use the xA on the lot to take on vacation as our xA that we ordered had yet to arrive. Talk about a way to sell a car! He even had patience and a great attitude between us hounding him on the arrival and then changing our minds at the last minute about accessories. Jon and the entire staff made the experience easy and not a hassle. If I ever buy another car, I hope it's as easy as at was at Capital!

After seeing my parents purchase a 2005 Scion tC, I found myself driving their tC more than they did. I was teased into buying myself a knew car, and Jon Lancaster was thrilled to help me. All of the staff at Capital Toyota of Chattanooga, TN was very friendly, but Jon went out of his way to get me exactly what I wanted. Since the Scion tC is selling so fast, Jon only gets a limited amount of them at one time. He specially traded a Black Cherry Pearl tC for my Indigo Ink Pearl tC. He wasn't going to let me settle for a color that I was not completely satisfied with. Jon knows his scions and will be more than happy to tell you anything you want to know about them when purchasing your car. I am very pleased with my new car and I recommend Jon Lancaster to anyone when buying a scion. Jon is the salesman to see, afterall, two brand new scions now sit in my driveway.

I bought my xB RS 2.0 from Jon Lancaster on 4/30/2005. The experience was great and they gave me an excellent value for my trade. In the short time I've had it (it had 3 miles on the odo when I took possession), I've put about 100 more miles on it driving it around town and I love it. This is the exact car I wanted...and it happened to be sitting right there on the showroom floor...and in a matter of a very short time on Saturday morning, it was mine. Jon was great and there was no BS or hard upsells. He gave me exactly what I wanted and is going the extra mile by trying to find some hard-to-find parts for my xB right now. I've bought a lot of cars over the years, and this is hands-down the best dealership (and salesman) I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. (How was that, Jon? Do I get the free wheel upgrade now?) :) hehe A+ to Capital Scion. If you're in the area, this is the dealership you need to be visiting.

Jon Lancaster is the man to talk to at Capital Scion. He is the Brand Manager there, and knows more about Scions than I'll ever dream of learning. He's very friendly and very honest.

Some dealerships will blow you off once you've purchased your car, but Capital Scion has taken good care of me. I communicate with Jon on a fairly regular basis, and it definitely makes life easier when you're able to keep open communication with your dealer. I purchased my tC from him back in Nov. of 2004, and I have absolutely no regrets. If you're in the Chattanooga area, don't even give the guys in Cleveland a chance. You'll be wasting your time.

My wife and I had purchased a 04 Highlander from Capital Toyota last year and were impressed with their salesforce. Unfortunately, Chad is no longer there. So when I started looking for an XB, Capital Toyota in Chattanooga, Tn. was the place to go. Jon Lancaster was extremely helpful. I was looking seriously at a Camo XB, when Jon showed me a photo of the XB 2.0. My son fell in love with the Solar Yellow. I placed my order a few days later, and a couple of weeks later Jon called on a Thursday evening to let me know it had arrived. I was unable to pick it up Friday. So Jon parked it by the showroom, under cover, so that it was a focal point for new customers. He said it got a lot of positive reaction. Picked it up Monday, and am very happy with the whole experience. On the way home I went be Toyota of Cleveland (Tennessee) and saw that they also had a Yellow XB. Already SOLD. Mine is #923

Recently purchased my Black Sand Pearl xB from Jon Lancaster at Capital Scion and I couldn't be happier. Jon knows his stuff and it shows. He knows every detail from top to bottom and shares this info with the customer. Unlike some salesmen, he even shows intrest in all the mods that can be done to these cars.
If you live near Chattanooga, TN, I recommend you stop by and see Jon, if he doesn't sell you a car he will certainly leave a lasting impression. If he does sell you a car, then congrats and I hope you enjoy it.

Hey all .... just thought I would take a second to review my recent dealership experience! I bought a tC from Tom Weldon at Capital ... and I will be the FIRST to admit that I am, at times, a very difficult customer! That being said .... Tom is a first rate salesman!! He handled my ordering, hastling him,(Is it here yet ... is it here yet ... is it here yet????) and even me changing my mind about the options that I wanted on the vehicle at the last minute in stride! He was always professional and friendly! Overall I am pleased with the quality of service that Tom gave me and I would recommend anyone in the Chattanooga area to look to him when you are in the market for a new car!

This was truly a great experience. I purchased an xB in June and am very pleased with this car. The standard options are more than adequate, and as a music lover, I am very impressed with the stock stereo. I opted for the manual transmission and am pleased with the performance of the 1.5-liter engine. It handles well driving curvy, mountain roads, and rides well on the daily commute.

The people I met at Capital Toyota/Scion were all great. I appreciated the family atmosphere, and felt very comfortable. The Scion Manager, Jon Lancaster, stands out as an exceptional salesman. His knowledge of the Scion brand, as well as Toyota and the automotive industry, in general, was impressive. His confidence in the product is what really sold me on the car. Secondly, it was nice to see the "pure pricing" was not laden with "dealer fees" - again, a welcome change from previous car-buying experiences. It was comforting to be able to build the car online and know what to expect to pay when you walked in the dealership door.

I would, and have recommended the Scion and Capital to anyone who asks about my funky new car. Thanks, Capital!

if your looking for a scion then you should go to capital in chatt, tn i bought a scion from them recently and i have never had a better experience buying a car. everything i wanted they had and if you had a question they always knew the answer, so if you are looking for a scion and want to be treated well then go talk to jon at capital, he even calls to make sure the car is doing ok and to see if i have any more questions.

i just picked up my phantom gray xA from Jon Lancaster at Capital Scion of Chattanooga, TN last night. i can recommend this dealership without reservation. Jon did everything within his power to get me the car i wanted ASAP. i was treated respectfully & with a sense of humor throughout the process. i have no complaints & i'm psyched to have my car. buy a scion from Jon.
