My wife took a shafting on her trade (93 T-Bird) and they did try to play the finance game, however after the sale the dealership has been a lot better. I wonder if this type of reporting site has anything to do with the better service?
Jim in sales was fine! Honest and answered any questions I had. When it came to financing Sean F is a complete schiester... I DO NOT RECOMMEND financing through Sean F. He played the numbers game and his business ethics are questionable. I decided to drop the gap insurance and extended warranty (convinced there was no penality to drop them within the first 60 days). Was lied to several times about the actual date of my cancelation and the check being sent to Toyota.. Sean doesn't return my messages, and is unwilling to help... UPDATE: Contacted Stacy (Customer Relations Manager) she claimed my check was mailed the 7th... it's over two weeks later and I found out it's just getting mailed today. This dealership tells you what you want to hear then does nothing about it. I will go back to buying Hondas, after this terrible buying experience, I really feel like they are trying to take advantage of a young buyer... I'm getting charged fees for not taking my credit union loan (need Toyota financial to reflect the gap/extended warranty drops first) GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT OUT TO HELP YOU!!!!!!

Juan and Dustin are two of the most helpful guys on the planet when it comes to Scion. I'd been in and out of there for 2 months before the tC came out, and they were always willing to go on a test drive, and discuss accesories and release dates with me. I was impressed that I got a call at 9:30 PM announcing that the tC was backing off the truck, and to come by and see it. Needless to say, I would not hesitate to buy from here again!
