I bought my xB here in November, they have a great staff. Phil knew his stuff, and really helped confirm what I already knew, that that car was mine! I'm a young, 1st time buyer, but all of the staff I dealt with made me feel at ease on the largest financial transaction I've ever made, so that was great. I've worked the service schedule so that when I'm visiting in the area (200 miles away from my current home), I get service there. The estimated motor vehicle fees and the re-registering process were annoying. I'd have hoped that this would be something taken care of with closer attention to detail and made the process of registering out of state easier, but it wasn't bad enough to really be a negative. I got exactly what I wanted, with a feeling of confidence and knowledge I was very impressed with.

I worked with jeff tate and he was great he picked me up in his car and took me to the dealership to buy me xB the whole staff was great and the even drove me around while they installed some stuff on my car
I loved this place, I was hoping to get my lowering springs completed there but 340 is a bit steep :(, makes me a bit sad but hey dealerships are out for money, but the initial greeting and everything with my salesman damian was awesome, he wasnt down your throat for the sale, and the only time I was jumped on by them was when we walked in to see the car and all the salesmen seem depressed when I asked for damian, hehe but other than that, awesome place to buy from!

I bought my scion tC From Cherry Hill and I Had a great experience. This guy Steve should feel lucky that they gave him a $300.00 discount. Sounds like this is the type of person that would never be happy even if he got the car for free. Cherry Hill was a nice place to do business and for me everything was SPELLED OUT. This guy is out of line. Dude if you could not afford the car you should have bought somethig else in your price range like a used KIA. The scion process is very easy was to purchase a car. Don't let this dude stop you from going to a scion dealership.
$300 discount offset by $149 doc fee.
- No extended service plan literature; little knowledge.
- First told they would trade other dealers for color. But when we asked for white, salesman said that area dealers with white maybe had already, and improperly, applied optional equipment. If you don’t like color trading, say so up front.
- We came in to check price/color, expecting to buy next week. Salesman asked us to buy today with personal check and take the car with us. We said that our checking balance could not cover it for a few days. He said fine, just call him when he could deposit the check. Worked for us, but this tactic risks putting wishful thinking/new car fever customers in financial hot water.
- Tiny peeve: On top of the $149 doc fee, they charged $135 for estimated motor vehicle fees. Refund letter does not itemize refund calculation, leaving $23 mystery. May be due to our being out of state. However, EVERYTHING should be spelled out.
