Great salespeople, especially Rembrandt. Although this one old guy processing my paper work at the end was a little pushy with the extended warranties, i was still pretty happy with my experience. I wouldn't recommend any other place to buy your scion, and I'm already happy with my 08 xB.

This is one of the smallest Toyota dealers around, but they're the closest to me. They always have low stock, don't seem to be able to haggle much because of low volume. When I went for a test drive for a new Scion, I kid you not... They said we couldn't get a manual transmission until October (5 months after xB 2008 release). That's completely untrue because any dealer can order whatever they want, or transfer from another dealer, so I was a bit put off by that.

I didn't buy my 06 xB here (they weren't open on the 4th of July!), but they're only 10 blocks away, so I went there for my first oil change.
Rufus and Mike were great from pulling into the entrance to leaving only 40 minutes later. It was as if they originally sold me my box. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and the place was clean and energetic.
Highly recommended - a good experience.

Civic is the best salesman ever!!! I buy a lot of cars with him. He gives the best price on trade-ins. I bought my tc on Christmas eve the test drive was really nice and they got my car the same day. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!!

The folks at Chicago Northside Scion are a great bunch, we were interested in the RS2.0 Auto. All we had to do was put a thousand down to hold it.
The test drive we took was ok, they had a preplanned course, but I had my own ideas. They had no problem with that.
Sam the Sales Manger took us through most of the sale once the car was in. The F&I guy only had to print and have us sign on the dotted line. Carlos was our sales person I highly recomend him!
They have a somewhat large parts department. They sell Scions not like other dealerships that add a whole bunch of add ons to raise the price. The follow Scion pricing to the letter.
I ordered my Scion tc on December 1st, and wasn't expected to receive it till early January. Got a phone call yesterday, on the 8th, got the car early!! What a surprise!
Everything that was promised was not only fulfilled, but exceeded. From a dealership? is that possilbe? Well it is. Antonio Borges is great! I couldn't recommend him enough. He knows his stuff, and is not pushy at all. Very relaxed and easy to deal with. Overall a great experience!

The whole process was painless and our dealer Paul Ahmed was a extremely nice guy that didn't put the pressure on at any point. I got my car that day and everything down to the numbers went down smoothly. can't recommend these guys enough. If you need a scion or toyota and chicago, go to these guys. A+

Just bought my xB on 6/21/04 from Metro. Have nothing but good things to say about the experience. Apparently, these guys take the Scion approach to heart and leave the Toyota tactics at the door. I don't want to bad mouth other dealers, but I went to 4 different dealers in the North Chicago area, and Metro was markedly better than the others: Straightforward, no pressure, did what they said they would, and a refreshingly low slime factor.
I had very good dealings with Greg (forgot last name) the Scion sales manager. Answered my questions, was knowledgeable about everything (not common at the other Scion dealers), and responsive.
If I would offer any criticism, is that since there is a wait for these cars (at least at present), it would be good to be proactive about contacting buyers to provide updates. Otherwise, it was a perfect ride. Highly recommended if you're looking in Chicago...
