My home is located 5-6 hours from this dealership, I had a blow out while on vacation and Discount Tire couldn't fix it that night. Being 20 miles from my condo, it looked like I was screwed til I called the guys at Classic Scion of Tyler, they drove to the other side of town and put on a stockie for me and let me keep it til Discount could fix mine.
I ordered a 2004 xA in Phantom Gray with side impact airbags. The car arrived in less than two weeks. We were very pleased with the car.
3 months later I went back to these guys and ordered a second xA in Phantom Gray. I bought it from Andrew (same salesman as the first) with no problems. He's very easy to talk to, no pressure, no b.s. salesman. He answered all my questions, and knows a lot about the little cars.
I would highly recommend anyone purchasing/considering an xA to give these guys a visit.
Personally, I at one time hated this dealer. I went to look at a Mercedes (back when the ML came out) and was treated rudely, very rudely. As I left I vowed never to go back and went straight to BMW. However, when the Scion brand came along; this was the only dealer w/ in a reasonable distance. Thus, I ordered one from them. I was assured none of the same individuals worked sales that had been there when I last was at the dealership and was actually given some of the best sales experiences I have ever had.
My choice to try it again was great. Now, I love the sales department & the parts department; & if you talk to the right person, even service. However, if you get a service guy who doesn't know what a Scion is, it is pure torture. They are rude, questioning and downright demeaning. Coming from off the high of BMW ownership this was the worst thing to feel.
However, in the end that was well rectified by a very apologetic service manager.
All in all, I recomend this dealer. Because how much better can a Dealer be?
