When I walked in there I wasn't to sure about the tC and just wanted to make it down the road to the volvo dealership. After spending about 10-15 minutes talking with Chester from there, I was convinced that I wanted a tC and that I wanted it from there. Even after buying the car, I got calls from chester checking on how things were doing and if I was happy with the car. Service is an even better experience. I barely trust normal shops to work on my car let alone a dealership, but one of the technicians got my lowered tC on the lift, did great work, and had it back in my hands fairly quickly. I would recommend these guys to anyone and I don't regret my purchase from them at all!

Not bad, Not good, I live in Norwalk, and shopped at Colonial because the Westport dealer was terrible. These people were at least nice, They tried to rip me off, they told me GAP Insurance was required by law and I had to buy a 5 year warranty and LOJACK. None of which is true. The sales man wasn't extremely pushy. They don't do a great job returning calls, but when you're there they do listen. I would probably shop somewhere else next time. But I am not mad, just disappointed. I would recommend this dealer over Westport, but recommend most to Stamford if they dont mind the trip. I must say though Colonials Service Department is great, Their four guys, Mike, David, Bob, and Tim... They keep that place running like a champ! Final Result Sales Department, C- Financing Department D-, Service Department A-.

I had such a great experience at Colonial Scion. I had orginally went to look at a used Toyota Corolla but the dealer let me look around alone for a bit to see if I saw anything I liked. Instead of pushing a car that he would get a bigger commision on, he gave me the space and time I needed to make sure that my Scion was everything I wanted and that it was the car for me. He didn't push the extra modifications and even added the white racing stripe for me at no charge. I am so glad that I went with them. They made me feel right at home and I drove my new Scion xA home that day! Kudos to a job well done!

The dealership was excellent. It was everything I expected a Scion dealership to be. They were able to get my Scion for me quickly and they answered all of my questions for me. There was no pressure what so ever. I was able to look at the vehicles and make my own decisions on what I wanted instead of being pressured into something I didn't want. I would definately recomment this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle with absolutely no pressure.
