Our salesman was great during the test drives, then got pushy and patronizing back at the dealership. Scion knowledge was low--didn't know the xB had traction control, thought that the xA comes with standard side airbags. When we said we were leaning toward the xB (without side airbags) he said "so you don't care about safety?" as just one example of the patronizing attitude. They didn't have the color we wanted so he said we could pay a couple hundred bucks to have one sent from another dealer. It's sad for Bend Toyota since we ended up buying both Scions at another dealership.
