I purchased a 05 Scion TC in May at Dayton Scion. Still my salesman Bill Barton was a complete gentleman. It was probably the first time I enjoyed purchasing a new car ( and I have bought many! ).
He took 30 min. to show every aspect of the car and made sure I didn't have any problems or questions.
I highly recommend this Scion Dealer and especially this sales consultant.

Trying to get a salesman to help you at this dealer is like finding reasonable car insurance in NJ .... A joke.

Dayton Toyota originally told me they could get my xB in a couple days, so I left a deposit. After a week without a car, they gave me a loaner car until my car arrived, since I had sold my car. They said it would arrive "Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest" the next week. After it wasn't there by Thursday, and the salesman told me he had no idea where it was at that point, I told him I was going to buy it somewhere else. He told me he didn't blame me, and he'd do the same thing if he were me. I ended up buying an xB that day somewhere else. So I go to drop off the loaner and get my deposit back from Dayton. They tell me they're sorry they couldn't get my car, and good luck with the new car, etc. They also told me they had to mail me a check for my deposit since they had already deposited mine. The next week I get a letter from the GM of Dayton saying I owed them $200 for the loaner car since I "took advantage of their willingness to find me a car." To make an already long story short, I called Scion, and they couldn't do anything to make Dayton waive the fee for the loaner, but luckily Scion was able to help me out in another way. Bottom line, my salesman, Derek Kochie, lied to me for about two weeks, promising me a car which he couldn't deliver, then the dealership expected me to pay $200 because they couldn't do their job in an honest and timely manner. It's been about 4 weeks since I tried to get my deposit back (minus the $200 for the loaner), and even though Dayton Toyota was supposed to contact me about the matter, I've only dealt with them through Scion. They supposedly just sent me a check for my deposit after 4 weeks (even though I haven't received it yet) since it turns out they never deposited my check in the first place (they either lied 4 weeks ago when they said they deposited the check, or are lying now about not having deposited it 4 weeks ago). I would definitely recommend avoiding Dayton Scion. They will lie to you and take your money even if you don't get a car.
