Salesman was respectable and the staff is courteous (they have to be if they want to sell a car). Knowledge about the car I’d say was average. There inventory level was really low that's good if you are going to order it. However, I ended up with somebody’s change of heart purchase. The quality of the facility is nothing compared to Freeman Scion in Hurst I have been going here for 3 yrs and it is average service representatives keep rotating through there like nothing. After having it for 2 days I noticed that they had messed up my car!!! Enough said

I had the pleasure of having two salesman assist me. I felt like they knew what they were talking about and did not offer any undue pressure.

I recently went to Don Davis Toyota and bought myself my first car ever, a Scion xB, and loved my experience! Great service, friendly employees, and a low pressure/fun envionment! I was greeted instantly upon arrival by the best dealers I've come across yet. I had shopped around looking at all sorts of cars because I didn't have my heart set on one, and these guys were the friendliest sales people I had come across. Don Terry was the dealer I worked with and couldn't have asked for a better sales man! I felt NO pressure at any time, they were very patient in my lack of knowledge in buying a car and took their time explaining everything I needed to know. They were patient, and let me test drive anything I wanted so that I knew my options. The team worked well together helping each other throughout the whole purchasing process. Like I said, Don Terry was my sales man, and I can't imagine ever buying a car from anyone else after my experience there!

This delearship is wonderful. They did all they could to hook me up with my Scion Xb. It already came with screens, playstation2 and a nice sounding system. The did me justice. Would highly recommend. Now all I need are some nice wheels.

This was the best, easiest and simplest experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. No pressure tactics at this dealership. Everyone was most friendly. They take time to listen to you. The folks at Don Davis really know their stuff. Many thanks to Larry Chi and Mike Schwind for their help! I'll be back!
