Ed Martin is a good dealer to do business with. They don't charge doc and title fees and don't push extras on the Scions they sell. If they don't have the vehicle you want they hunt one down for you within Indiana or an adjacent state.
I worked with Kyle Owen as well! He was GREAT! We called him at the beginning of the week and told him what we were looking for. The XB we wanted was fresh from the factory. They put in all the "extras" we were looking for. The day we test drove it they gave us keys to two cars and said HAVE FUN! :) Boy did we ever! We bought the XB that day. It took lest then 2 hours for the whole process SOOOO Much better the Butler Scion. It took us 4 DAYS when we bought the last XB. So we are now proud owners of 2 COUNT THEM 2 Scion XB's and loving EVERY MINUTE OF IT!

Talk to Kyle Owen.... Here is my story. I was looking into purchasing a new tC in the Fort Wayne area, the only option was Fort Wayne Toyota. (See their review to find out why I didnt not purchase from them.) I went to Anderson to see about ordering the tC. I talked to Kyle Owen. He was very informative and very helpful throughout the whole process. Communication with Kyle was very easy as well, email response was very quick and it was fairly easy to get ahold of him at the dealership. Kyle made the purchasing process very enjoyable. (no pressure to sell the car as quick as possible) At Ed Martin there was no need to worry about the interest rate haggling (unlike Fort Wayne Toyota), the rate was set by the credit report. Duane Schuman @ Ft. Wayne Toyota (avoid him) was hiking up my interest rate, which I have come to understand they are not supposed to do w/ scion. All in all, Kyle is a great guy, very helpful and very laid back....talk to him, you wont be disappointed.
