Upon initial entry, everyone was cordial, and wanted to direct us where we needed to be. Sometimes entry to the dealership is overpowering and you want to ask for a bit more space... especially if you are just going to the parts counter, and people jump on you as soon as you walk in the door, so you have a hard time getting to where you need to go without extra "help"!
We met our salesman, took our tC for a test drive, and started the purchase paperwork. We didn't need help or "talking into" to buy our car, but we should've taken longer, and taken the car on a longer test drive.
We had to bring the car back to get different tires after the initial purchase, and the dealership handled it very well once we kicked and screamed about it enough... initially we did have to get pretty stinky about it before they'd listen to the problem seriously.
Overall, they have been very nice to us since then, and we have a good relationship with them.
Yes, we'd buy another car from them!
