I bought my tC at Faulkner about 4 months ago. Nikki Winters was my salesperson. She knew a lot about the tC and answered the questions I had. I came in with a printout of the options I wanted. She showed me a few that weren't on the Scion website. I was happy that she didn't try to talk me into options I didn't really want. I told her I wanted BSP and they called around the next day untill they found one. They didn't try to sell me on another color that I didn't really want. Faulkner had an informative session for new car owners after I bought it, even gave us another free oil change. Overall, I was pleased with my experience at Faulkner and would definitely buy from them again.

Before I even started working at Faulkner. I got my Scion tC there. I was very satisfied with the salesperson, who was very friendly, so I stopped by the dealer just to say 'Hi'. The salesperson picked me up from my previous job when purchasing the car, knowing that I didn't have a car. The only thing that I didnt like was the inventory... I wanted a Super White... but they only had Silver... I got lucky and a Black one came in. I guess it's not their fault since tC's were selling quickly.

My wife and I arrived at Faulkner to test drive an xA. My wife didn't like the available space in the xA, so we test drove an xB instead. Our salesman did a good job - he didn't say a lot during the test drive and let us experience the car on our own. It was when we negotiated the deal that the problems arose.
Our salesman was gone while our trade-in was being appraised. While we were sitting by ourselves, we could hear a sales manager berating several different customers. He told the customer that he found it "hard to believe that they test drove a Saturn," basically accusing them of being liars. He continued with that poor attitude toward several other customers.
Our salesman came back with a low-balled value for our trade in. KBB trade in value, accurately appraised by me at "Fair" for my 99 Jetta GLS VR 6 was $4900. They offered $2800, stating they couldn't offer any more because of their "Pure Pricing." My wife and I left Faulkner and went to Rahal instead.

My expierence here was great. This is my third vehicle but first brand new vehicle. I had test drove several vehicles before deciding on the Tc. I originally went to Bobby Rahal on the pike and their salesman seemed more interested in the older couple that was there. I guess me being 20 i was "too young" to purchase a "new car". So I went to Faulkner. I ordered my Tc through them. I was called after only 3 days to let me know they had one in stock but that it wasnt my color. I took it anyways. My previous car was a 99 Cougar that had been vandilized. Joe Duffy had originally quoted me 100 dollars trade but willingly gave me 466 so my payments would drop into my range. He also tried several different ways to make the deal happen giving me the best purchase price available given my circumstances. My salesmen was MaryAnne Sirconne (spelling?*). She had to ask her boss alot of the questions i had but was a very nice woman who has kept constant contact with me since my purchase. She didnt waste her time trying to "Sell me" on the car or her dealership. Nor did she waste her time trying to upsell me with different options. I gave her a list of what i wanted and she got me exactly that. Always offered me a drink and was very accessable. i would HIGHLY recommend Faulkner Toyota/Scion. They took me seriously, something other dealerships didnt seem to do. I would not deal with Bobby Rahal again.

It all started months ago when i first heard that scion was comming out with the tc. I stopped in the dealer and my friend Asher who also is a salesman there pointed me to Joe Duffy the man who sells the scions. He took my information and said he would be in contact with me. He was and called and gave me details of when it would be in. What impressed me the most was I was the first person he called when the tc came in it wasnt even off the truck for more then an hour when I was called. I took it for a test drive and I fell in love with it. I had a another car which i needed to unload and was in the negative so the next step was the paper work. It took a while to get things straight but in the end he worked for me and got everything completed and iam very happy to say i got my car there. Overall I would reccomend this dealer to anybody!!
