i walked in and met steve. i told him i wanted to talk about the scion xb. he was very knowledgeable & friendy. Said he was pretty new to the business but knew about the car. no pressure. asked i wanted to go for a test drive. i said yes. we got the car. i drove it. told him i'd call him back. when i called we made an apointment. he had most of the paperwork ready. i ordered the x b auto white. he said he'd get me a 2005 one in 7 to 10 days. he called every couple of days to say "not yet" on the 12th day he called. said it was in. went in the next night. 1/2 hr later drove away. the best car buying experience i'd had in 20 yrs.
