I was very pleased with everything those guys did for me. They did more for me then I ever expected. My car title wasn't in in time so they gave me a loaner car until all my stuff was worked out. You guys are so awesome!!!!!

What an incrediable experence buying a Scion. I bought a Scion tC White 5 speed and I love it. Michael Bockstie was very professional, knowlegable, and alot of fun. Chance Woodal was very helpful with the accessories. I LOVE MY TC.

Fitzgerald Auto Mall was great. I went in looking for a used Celica, but was then introduced to the Scion TC by Mike Bockstie. Within a week or so, I had ordered one, light blue 5 speed. It took about 6 weeks to get, but it was well worth the wait. Mike was a great; he did everything he possibly could to help me out. He was very knowledgable and completely answered all my questions. I absolutely love my new car!

Fitzgerald is really a 10. My sales person took care of absolutely every after purchase concearn I had. I feel I am known and welcome at the dealership by many of the people there, detailers and techs, not just the sales person and service writers. They go out of their way to ask me how everything has been going ,and not to comply with a company standard, they mean it. I know a feigned interest, I had to do it for years. They acutally take interest in what is going on with my truck. Twice I showed up un-announced expecting help with two minor issues and got EVERYBODY'S help, with no regard to what their position was, they helped. One was replacing a tail light during their lunch break (he set his food on the ground and dug into the dirt, I just wanted him to find the right person to help) the other was getting the tricky hubcaps to seat properly. They didn't make excuses, just dropped everything and helped. I even tell people on ScionLife to drive 1.5 hours from MD to get help at MY Scion dealer.
Oh yeah, brain free purchase too, you know you can trust the Fitz people, just sit down and sign.

What else , but WOW , can I say. From the moment my son and I entered the visitor parking lot, we were greeted by a very friendly--no, personable young lady. Her name--Jamie Key. We immediately bonded--a firm handshake and direct eye to eye contact. After my son and I looked over some vehicles--we were both in agreement that the Scion xB was the vehicle for us. I beleive this vehicle is rated as being "Cool" by the younger generation. Me at 49 and my son at 14--we decided to track down Ms. Key, and take one of these bad boys for a ride. We were sold in five minutes of road testing. Returned to the showroom and spent a considerable amount of time discussing the business and the vehicle. All in all-90 minutes later- we were sold . Drew up the papers and returned later with the necessary deposits and ordered the Camo Green . Jamie kept us informed , as well as Adam , with our special order. EXCELLANT COMMUNICATION skills,coupled with Excellant body Language. On August 4th we took pocession of the vehcile, after meeting with the finance manager and other members of the Dealership .
I must say--I felt like family with them--especially Jamie. There was no pressure, no bait and switch tactics, just plain good old fashioned honest business practices. Questions were answered fully, the entire purchase process was fully explained . Oh, and, yes, they even included discussions with my son. Now, how many sales people today will even acknowledge the presence of the younger generation?

When I went to Fitzgerald I wasn't looking at the Scions I was really looking at the used Toyotas. But after seeing the new Scions I fell in love with the xA. I asked my sale person if she thought I could get into one with my limited credit history. She said she didn't foresee a problem. I filled out all the paper work on friday and had my keys to the car in my hand on saturday morning. Jamie was the best sales person we had ever dealt with at any dealership in PA and MD. I loved that she made sure that this was the car we wanted and would be happy with. When I go in for my service appointments she comes over and make sure that everything is fine with the car. Jamie even keeps me informed on different things that is going on with the Scions. She pushes me to do things that have to deal with these cars to make sure everyone out there hears the good things I have to say about these brand of cars. Jamie and the Financial advisor and the service people are always great. They treat you with such respect and like your the only one in the room. Jamie was really knowledgeable of the cars and answered any questions that I had. I never doubted this dealership on anything. They handled everything very smoothly and quickly.

I just picked up my new silver tC today from Fitz. Wow! Even for an automatic, it really flies -- and I'm an old f**t. Heh-heh...
The sales reps are very friendly with no pressure to buy stuff I don't need at all.
The main person there for Scions is Jamie Key. She's very professional, takes her job seriously, and has a good sense of humor. Very nice to deal with.
The only thing I'll rate less than 10 is their inventory -- but all dealerships have problems right now with getting tC's.
Drop by on Aug. 15th for what appears to be a great Scion get-together with bands, food, and giveaways. Nice!
