I bought my tC and got a better price than any other dealer. I bought it at their internet price which no other dealer has been able to do. Their parts dept has been able to get me everything I have asked for so far on my tC. I know the parts dept workers by name and they all say hi to me when I come in. My friend just ordered a tC from there and he is siked as well.

We initially had a not so good experience at fitzmall w/ a saleswoman whom was too layed back and did not even offer us her card. I decided to go back b/c they had the best price around but dealt with another associate named Harry. Exellent cust serv, and a wonderful person. Got us the best price for out trade. Found our Xb and went to pick it up. Even sent my wife a B-day card a month after we had purchased the car. We have bought 4 cars now from Fitzmall and will buy again. The only reason I do not give them all 10's is b/c of that saleswoman.

I had been looking for a Scion xB for a while, so when their website (fitzmall.com) showed that they had a Black xB in their inventory, I went over and checked it out. I was out in about an hour with their no-haggle price ($14,195) and now I'm off driving my new xB!
Fitzgerald is all over Maryland. Scion Hits the East Coast February 2004. After a disappointing experience from another dealer (cant find keys for the xB...cough), I bought my xB from Fitzgerald Lakeforest. This was the easiest transaction I have been through. My salesman kept in touch with me as I waited for my shipment (2 weeks wait). He would let me know if there was another xB on the lot, so that I can see the different color choices. My xB came, financing was a breeze, and I’m off with my brand new xB!
