Ok first off I called in ahead to get details about my 07 Scion tC. The man I spoke to seemed very nice on the phone, however when I went down to the dealership he completely ignored my appointment and simply threw me off to some other salesman. My first impression of his attitude just sent me on a downhill fall. Then the salesman he "threw me to" did not know much about the car, and he too was very very rude. He was very aggresive with his questions and it really irritated me. He made me feel like I didn't know anything about the tC, which clearly I knew way more then him. I felt that he may have thought he was wasting his time with me since I am so young. This made me even more angry, almost to the point where I was about to tell him off. Then he suddenly warmed up to me because one of his team leads told him I already put my deposit down. So overall the attitude of the people here simply suck, and lack a lot of customer service!!!!!!

This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had, and I have purchased maybe 20 new cars over many years. There was no haggling even though a late model trade-in was involved in the deal and this is usually the worst part of the negotiations. Everything was totally transparent with no hidden costs, and I really appreciated the short duration of both choosing options and accepting delivery. These can take hours at some dealers.
I highly recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a Scion (or Toyota) in this area. My only less than five star rating was for inventory and low inventory is part of the business plan of Scion.

My wife and I stopped to look at the xa with no intention of buying. Our salesman, Joe Doyle was very helpful with absolutely no pressure. Let us test drive and showed us all cars of interest to us. He printed up options list for us and while we were looking, got us a tradein estimate and finance rate estimate. When we decided we liked th tC he found one in stock with the side curtain airbags we wanted. The manager, Tom Judge worked up financing for us, which was more for our trade and better finance rate than estimated.
The entire experience from start to finish was so unlike any other "car dealer" experience we had ever had I can whole heartedly recommend Fletcher Jones Scion and especially Joe and Tom.
I now have a great car that I love and can afford. Life is good.
