I talked to a sales person named Duane Schuman, he seemed very very pushy and was not very helpful. When the time came down to ordering the car and working out the payments, he says that the best interest rate he could give us was 6.9% (after I told him I have to be under 7%, go figure!) Anyways, a week or two pass and he calls saying that he could work something out for a lower interest rate. I laughed, because I had already ordered one from Kyle @ Ed Martin. Avoid Duane and Fort Wayne Toyota at all costs, this guy is the epitome of the true shady car salesman. They treat customers like they don't know what's going on.
