I just bought my tC from Fox! It was a great experience! I started on the net with Barbara, the Internet Manager and was treated with the utmost of courtesy with each step of the way. I didn't think using the Internet would work so well until I tried it. The appointment was fast, no hassles, I love my new tC! My rep was great but the Internet experience tied it all together from the beginning to the end.
I thought the tC was for younger people but even my 50 year old optometrist bought one from Fox. He loves his too. He actually turned me onto Scion when he showed me his tC.
I hope you all have a great experience-just like I did! I love driving the shift is easy and now I am going to add dress it up a bit. Any ideas??!!

A good experience and I would recommend buying from Fox. I actually traveled 2 hours, passing 2 closer Scion dealerships, to buy Juan's personal Hot Lava SR 1.0 ride. I did my research and knew the dealer's cost, trade values, resale costs, etc. Fox had the best deals. Internet Sales Manager Barbara was patient and polite on the phone. My sales rep in person was JR. He was enthusiastic and very patient as I asked countless questions and took a test drive. No pressure from JR, he gave me space and time. Great follow up after the sale. The Finance Department worked really well with my local insurance agent, who was a pain. Fox was persistent with them! The showroom was cramped, but the people were great (in a car sales way). This was my 4th new car, first from Fox, and I've been through worse! They tie as the best experience - it was the quality of the people there. I would recommend.

The place is great. Juan knows his stuff and is very helpful when is comes to sharing information. They got me everything that I wanted and a little more. I would recommend them to anyone who is going to buy a scion in the Rhode Island area.

What's the best part about buying from Fox? Again, I agree it is Juan, Juan, Juan!!! If you'd just like to find out more information about Scion, hit him up. Low pressure, very passionate about supporting Scion.

I purchase my xB from here and it was a great place to do business with. The sales and service staff are great. The dealership needs a facelift, but other than that things were cool. Positive feedback, sounds like ebay ;) Just want to say thanks to Juan and the rest of the staff.

I purchased my 2004 Scion xA in Sept of 04 from Nichole at Fox. She was very helpful even knows how to remove and install hubcaps for a customer. She and Fox are great. I plan on doing business with them in the future.
By far the best dealer on the east coast, very helpfull and will buy from again in a heartbeat. Always helps out w/ info for my scion and helps me get the aftermarket parts every tuner needs to hook up his/her scion!

This is the second new car I have bought from Juan...I shopped around alot for my first car and Juan was the only genuine salesperson I could find...Then I went back to him 3 years later to trade in my Corolla for the Hot Lava XB....I don't think I will ever get tired of this car...
I LOVE IT!!!! It is fun..comfortable...great on gas...I just picked up a six foot ladder this weekend and had no problem fitting it in my car...

I bought my BCP xB in July and it was like no other car-buying experience I've ever had. I did most of the research online and when I was ready to buy, I emailed Fox to arrange a test drive. Juan got right back to me and within a few days I was at the dealership closing the deal. A week later I had my car.
I thought I knew everything about the xB, but Juan proved me wrong with his impressive knowledge of the product and the company (he's the one who encouraged me to check out ScionLife.com).
His knowledge, enthusiam and honesty were refreshing. Most dealers only tell you the good points about their cars; Juan gave me the pros and cons of all the xB features so that I could make an informed decision. The fact that he owns (and loves) his own Hot Lava xB only helped.
There were only a few xB's on the lot during my test drive (and none with a manual transmission), but I did get to take a brand new Hot Lava for a spin. Since my xB was in their virtual inventory, it more than made up for the small physical inventory.
Also, the showroom area was a bit small, but adequate considering what little time I needed to spend there.
Overall it was a wonderful experience with no unpleasant surprises.

Update: I've been going back to Fox Scion for scheduled maintenance for almost a year now and the experience just keeps getting better. Appointments are always on time and the quality of the work is great. Their inventory has grown quite a bit, too. This is exactly what Toyota had in mind when they created the Scion brand -- a great car and a great car buying experience!

I just bought my first new car from Fox Toyota. All I can say is This is the way it SHOULD BE!
I never felt like they were trying to screw me in any way. The Salesman Juan Is as much of a car guy as I am and shared his enthusaism with me. Making me feel Very comfortable. The finance office took their time and made everything VERY clear. These Guys make my last experience at the Audi dealer seem like a trip to HELL! I was A German car guy for 15 years, Boy did I waste a lot of time for nothing with Poor customer service and ATTITUDE.
ALL I can say is if you live in the northeast, and want a new Scion or Toyata, Take the time to give these guys a call. You will not regret it.
Although I have not had to go back for any problems, I expect they will treat me the same as they have been. Very curteous and Helpful.

Hey guys, Ryan here (BLKScion) I bought my Black sand pearl xB a couple months again from Juan and Roman down at Fox Scion in RI. It was a great expierience for me. I was in a stress free environment, and the salesmen where not pushy at all. Needless to say, i was an easy sell, i had already done all the research and knew i was going to buy one, but the dealership did a great job with cosimizing, and even down to financing. This is my first car purchase and they made it a good one. I feel like i have made some new friends. I stop by the dealership every so often to talk "Scion" with the sales people. And ive even joined a club hosted by Juan. Overall, it was a great time for me, and the dealers. I would reccomend Fox Scion to anyone who wants to get a new (or soon, USED) scion in a stress free, hassel free environment. Thanks alot Fox Scion!

My interaction with Fox Scion and Specially Juan has been great. One of the many reasons why I joined ScionLife was to meet scion owners and make new friends. One my first posts in the North East forum was regarding meeting new people maybe getting together, share stories and have a good time. As I was browsing trough the posts and one post in specific caught my attention. "BOXX RUN RI 1.0". This was an event created and sponsored by Juan from Fox Scion. This was my opportunity to meet Scion owners and definitely make new friends. I contacted Juan and told him to definitely count me in. The drive was well over 2 hours but let me tell you...Well worth it! Tons of Scion's and people from all over the surrounding states. I introduced myself to Juan, told him who I was where I came from and from that point we became friends. Juan is an active member here in ScionLife, has helped numerous people and represents Fox Scion of Rhode Island to the fullest! Because of this and his good Friendship I give three thumbs up for Fox Scion of Rhode Island and Juan!
