I went into Fox Automotive the other day and spoke with Paul Du. I went in there not knowing exactly which of the three vehicles I wanted to look at. Paul explained the differences between the three vehicles. He also explained to me why Scions are all pure price. Pure price was to build value for the vehicle. I never knew that I could personalize the Scion to my personality. That's AWESOME! I will be sure to go back there to purchase my vehicle. I will be recommending all my friends to go and speak with Paul or anyone from the Fox Automotive team to purchase a vehicle. They had Excellent customer service! The best experience I have ever had from a dealership.

Hey, I had great service at this dealership. Dean told me about the tC. I learned about the style, the engine/torque, and all the optional equipment that I can get for the tC. Great service at Fox Toyota. I'll go back to buy my car and I want Dean to sell the tC to me.

I have been really interested in a tC since they came out in the states. Waited a bit and even went to a few dealers around Detroit to see what they have to offer. Then last month I decided that I had to get it after seeing the Scion display at the auto show. Sweet, sweet car with the Camry engine in it. So, I finally decided to buy it from Fox Scion/Toyota after talking with Hisham (he was working at the Scion/Toyota display at Cobo and he also works for Fox Scion/Toyota and he got me to come in to Fox). The car has been great and the buying experience is by far the best I have had with any dealership. I highly recommend Fox Toyota.
I had a good experence with Fox Scion, and I would go back anytime. Dan the man helped me out with anyhting I needed, and even hooked me up with his cell number to call any time of the day if I had any problems. They had my box in stock, and was ready in hours. Thanks guys.

I just wanted to say thanks for the nice time and to let me test drive the TC and the XB. Scions are a nice car and Mike Fox Scion is the place to get your Scion.
Ted and Alvaro helped me to know how Scions work, and now I know 100% of what I want. I will get my Tc this summer.

Being open on a Saturday made all the difference in my decision to purchase a Toyota and a Scion tC in addition to the attention paid to me by Mike Fox's staff, particularly Nelly, once I expressed an interest in buying a Scion. They were very accommodating in meeting my needs once I decided to purchase the car. So far, so good, with the car and the service provided by Mike Fox!!!

I was blown away by the level of service I received from Alvaro at Mike Fox! I purchased my tC last night after a few months of waiting. I had a terrible experience at another dealer, Suburban, that almost made me turn to another car company all together, but Alvaro's knowledge and helpful attitude brought me back around.
I stopped by in late December initially to ask some questions and get a feel for the tC in general. I went back a week or so later (with two little kids in tow) to test drive and was met with the same courtesy and accommodation. I wanted to purchase the car by the time I left that day, but was not financially able to at the time.
At our second meeting, Alvaro sat down and worked out all the numbers and the pros and cons of each feature I wanted to include. He really knows his line inside and out! In February, I went back to purchase my tC and Alvaro was waiting with my initial paperwork and a smile on his face. His enthusiasm for Scion really shows!
Really good people. Pleasure doing business with them. Absolutly no problems whatsoever. Salesman was excellent.

Mike Fox Scion is awesome. Rick, their internet sales mgr was extremely helpful in my purchase. He answered all emails promtly and was extremely informative with any questions I had about my purchase. I love my car and I'd send anyone over to Mike Fox with confidence that you'd get the best customer service around.

Salesman Hal Helms is the man.Ordered my xb over the phone with deposit on M/C.Only $41 doc. fee. Came in about 10 days later. Went to pick it up. 10 minutes for the paper work I'm gone.Easiest car sale I've ever had.
