When we first went, we were looking at a lot of different models. The salesman was nice and somewhat knowledgeable. They had no Prius to even look at. Parking was horrible. You have to step through muddy ground or walk an extra 30 feet to get inside. They have a sign saying the site and all the cars on it contain chemicals that cause birth defects. I was there with my pregnant wife. Great!
The second time we went to look, the guy didn't want to give us an xA test drive because the car was in the showroom. OK, it was a Saturday, whatever. He had nothing to say and he wasn't even clear on what an xA was since he showed us an xB when we asked to see an xA. They only had one xA auto, an RS 1.0. As we left, a salesguy stops us and asks us what we're looking for. He says they have the xA. "Yah, the box thing, right?" Somebody shoot me. He actually tried to argue with me about it.
The third time we went, after making an appointment hours ahead to drive that very same (and still the only auto) xA in the showroom, we arrived to find the salesman we had an appointment with was busy, the car was still in the showroom blocked by about five other cars, and the guy we were passed off too showed us an xB when we asked about an xA. Gimme a break. They don't even know what their cars are. He said he'd move the other cars but he had to ask the manager first. 5 minutes of waiting with the salesguy gone and nobody helping us, we left.

Had a great experience purchasing our scion xb. Jeffery Harrison was our contact person and he was so great about answering all of our questions and letting my wife and I both test drive the vehicle in town and on the freeway. The paperwork did not take long, and it was great to not be pushed into adding more modifications than we wanted. Would definately recommend anyone to purchase their Scion from Jeffery at Fremont Toyota. He is also the general manager. Here is the breakdown of charges and taxes that we paid for.
document preparation fee: 45.00
sales tax: 1331.31
license fees: 155.00
tire fee: 5.00
msrp: 15,170.00 included floor mats and cargo cover
total out the door was 16706.31

I bought a 2005 Scion xB last week after visiting 3 dealers in the area. Freemont sales staff didn't pressure me, didn't treat me "like a girl", and were very helpful and courteous. When I mentioned the college grad program through Toyota Financial Services, they were quick to see that I received this special - another dealership salesman wanted nothing to do with it.
It was a nice and easy car buying experience when I purchased my Scion xB from Fremont Scion. I was an easy customer since I had already looked online and had built my car and printed it off. I asked him if they had one - Camo with an Auto Transmission. They didn't, but within less than an hour he had found one at an affiliated dealer. We test drove another Auto xB so I could make sure it was as likable as my Auto Echo. (It was) He said they could get it the next day and have it ready for me by the evening. I came back the next night after work and it was there waiting with the few add-on items I had ordered - floor mats, cargo cover and bumper applique. We gave it a lookover and went into the finance office. Told the F&I guy I wasn't interested in any extras but he could pitch at me whatever he was required to pitch. He gave me the short version. I wrote a check, signed some papers and drove out with a big grin in my new Box. I had to return once to finalize the Echo lease and haven't needed to go back since.
