I can not say enough good things about Gale Toyota. I went there after pulling my deposit from another dealer that I felt was being less than upfront about some accidental charges that kept appearing on my bottom line...
My salesman was Matt R. He was great. Not only was this a ZERO PRESSURE sale, he carefully went over every point on my sales agreement. He explained everything on my sales agreement to me in detail, and answered all my questions truthfully and up-front. It DIDN'T feel like I was buying a car from a car-salesman (like at the other place), instead it felt more like I was dealing with a friend who I happened to be buying a car from. They had two or three tC's on the lot, I opted to wait for a better color via dealer trade. Matt accomodated my special requests (low transfer miles and no bumper holes), and when I suggested I was being too picky, he told me he wanted me to be happy with what I got, and that was his job. Talk about class!
