I enjoyed the time i was there... very friendly people... although there was only one bathroom and there was a line (haha... more of a inside joke). i would suggest this dealer to family, friends, and anyone. they are limited on space but they pack it good. fun environment and fantastic location...

They had a few xAs on the lot. Our salesman Ian was very nice. He gave us the information we needed and few weeks later we returned to purchase our new xA. He took us on a test drive and helped us with selecting options. Most of our options had to be added later in which became a problem. We were never contacted. We had to call a couple times, which took over a week. Julie, an Asst Service Manager was very friendly and helpful. She made sure I had a shuttle home after dropping the car off. The service and parts put on were less adequete. The OBX shift knob was put on half-assed, boot not even put back and the shift knob has since started peeling and cracking. Waste of $45! We also weren't happy with the results of the tinted windows and wireless key entry. Both done by an aftermarket company. The custom wheels & tires were added by American Tire Co and look awesome! The car now needs it's first oil change but we haven't decided to either take to Gresham or another Scion Dealership?

I can't even begin to explain how wonderful my experience was, they were very patient with me and all my questions as a first time buyer, and they answerd all of them, and also knowing that I was a first time buyer they didn't take advantage of me as other dealerships probably would have. I worked with Ian Cour, a wonderful young man, who helped get the payments and everything else exactly where I wanted them. The others, Marissa Chaney, Tim Reed, Steve Miller, and Jon Taylor were all nice conversation while waiting for everything to be done. I couldn't have asked for anything better, if you're going to buy any style of Scion definitely do it at Gresham Scion. You won't get better service anywhere else!!

When my husband and I decided that we needed a new car we went to Gresham Toyota-Scion to check out their used inventory because they have a ton of cars. We test drove 4 cars and just couldn't find the right one.

Marissa the manager at Gresham Scion showed us a used xB and explained all the features to us. The xB made sense for us because my husband drives a lot and often has to haul a lot of things (including our dog :). The gas mileage is phenomenal and the space inside is amazing (we have hauled a dishwasher inside). Marissa not only gave us a great deal on the xB but was friendly and informative during the whole process.

I gave each category a 5 Star Rating because everyone who works a Gresham Scion is helpful, knowledgeable, and professional without being pushy. I highly recommend Gresham Scion not only for new Scion’s but for used vehicles as well.

We are extremely happy with our car, our purchase experience, and the staff at Gresham Scion. Thanks guys!

I had to drive almost 3 hrs just to get there and it was totally worth it. I had most of my communication with Marissa but it was Steve who ended up walking me through all of the paperwork. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I gave 5 stars for staff knowledge because if they didn't have the answer then they got it for me within a few minutes by making some phone calls. I don't feel you have to know everything, but need to know how to get the answer to all of your customers questions. I would definitely buy from them again. I got a great price on a beautiful 2004 xB that was absolutely immaculate. If you are going to buy a Scion in Oregon, then Gresham Scion is the only dealership to go to.

I can't say enough about the positive experience that I have had with Gresham Scion. From my first contact at the dealership, I was impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and enthusiam shared by everyone there. My salesman was Steve Miller but we also dealt with Marissa Chaney and Tim Reed. It didn't matter what the question was or who was there, we always came out satisfied. They put together the deal that we wanted, assisted us with customizing and delivered everything as promised in a prompt and courteous manner. I have made my share of car purchases over the years, but have never had one any where near as pleasant as this one.

If you're looking for a Scion in this part of the world, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you make the trip to Gresham Scion. It will be worth the trip!

I'm unable to rate the final two, facility quality or final impression, because I haven't picked up my car yet. I get my 2006 Black Sand Pearl Scion tC in two weeks, and worked through Tim Reed, the young finance director. Scion's Pure Pricing, plus their flexible financing terms (due to first time buyers' program), plus the web reviews about the tC made this choice a no brainer. The Toyota dealership in Coos Bay, in SW oregon, doesn't even carry Scions, and so I went looking for a Scion specific dealer. Tim not only didn't pressure me to make a purchase, but every cost and accessory is your own choice, and there are minimal extra charges (such as dealer processing fees, tax and title fees, etc). Tim Reed and Gresham Scion are the ones to go to if you are picking up a new Scion. I hope this car is everything I'm expecting, lol. We shall see.

Well, I haven't purchased a Scion yet, but when i do, it will definitely be from the good folks at Gresham Scion. Marissa, the salesperson who helped my wife and i was phenomenal. She let us take two differnt test drives and was gracious when we explained we weren't going to be ready to buy for a few weeks. They even had a few used scions there which we may end up going with.

Unfortunately, we didn't have the same kind of quality experience when we drove a scion at another dealsership across town. The staff wasn't nearly as knowlegeable and the store lacked the uniquenss of gresham scion. We'd recommend you check out Gresham Scion as well.

We had a great experience buying our Xb here. They were helpful and there was no pressure - they gave us the best price on a trade in and they were nice enough to deliver some tires and put up with multiple changes on accessories. I called a few dealers before them and I actually went to the one in Salem and none were as nice as they were. (In Salem - they did the old; " I have to ask the manager" routine and offered a very low price on the trade in). This is one of the best places I have bought a car.

I went to all dealerships in the area and stopped at Greasham Scion last. I should have stopped there first to save all the leg work. Jeanine was very pleasant to work with. She called me whenever she had any news about my tC. Plenty of xA and xB when I stopped by but no tC to test drive. Great car buying experience with this dealer. Highly recommended!!

They are the only ones that realy let me test drive the scion. Two cars one hour each. And on my own!

Although their showroom was not quite ready yet, I can already tell that this facility will be the best Scion showroom in the Portland area. Gresham Toyota purchased the Texaco station across the street and converted the entire building into a lounge/coffee bar with tagged walls and plenty of seating.

Brian, the Scion Manager, walked me through the almost-ready building and was eager to anwer any questions that I had. If the salespeople act the way he did then I can't imagine having a bad experience here.
