My fault that I over payed. My Fault that I didn't notice my tires walls gouged. My Fault I didn't check to see my stock rims looking like the hopped 10 curbs in a high speed chase...
All in all... The Sales team was good. The Manager took a yelling to when he told me to finance somewhere else... which in the end was fun.
I don't think i'll ever buy a pre-owned from them again. But I will go back to see my sales guy. He was awesome.. nice.. and polite.
5 stars for service. 0 stars to me for attention to detail.

I enjoy going to Hamer. I have referred a few people there and they love it too. They always seem to have what myself, or whomever I send there is looking for. They have a great staff, prime facility, and more than enough inventory.

Did not have any luck looking for the xA that I wanted, until I called Hamer. I was impressed by the sales staff, although I think Scion makes it easier for everyone with their no haggle style of pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from these folks. I was so won over by them, I'm even going to utilize their service dept even if it's 25 miles away. My advice for anyone interested in purchasing ANY car is to do your homework. Check the going interest rates etc. I found going through my credit union was much better than Toyota Motor Credit.

After having a terrible time with local dealers, contacted Hamer and finally found someone willing to work with me and take an order for a customized tC. Actually worked hard to make sure I got the features I wanted, unlike the other dealerships in the LA area.
I wasnt impressed by Hamer one bit . The guys in the sales dept treated me like a number and not a customer. They screwed me on my finance rate they totally screwed me over. I will never as long as I own a TOYOTA Product ever buy another car from Hamer
Loved the service. Struck a great deal there. Washed the car twice in one day for me. Dealer delivered the car to my house for me. Very nice people there and started more of a friendship more than a business transaction. Would buy again
Thats where I bought my xB and they were extremely nice about everyhing. I told them what I wanted and they called me on x-mas eve and told me it was in so I went over and filled out the paper work and drove it home. Very pleased with the service guys too.

Almost struck a deal here.
The facility is nice, if you like high-security auto dealerships. They must have a high crime rate in Mission Hills.
The Scion showroom was up and running, but no Scion salesmen were there. One of the Toyota salesmen took us for a quick test drive and we liked the car.
The showroom has cute details such as a moving-message sign that identifies the shoppers in the showroom. Seems kind of Big-Brotherish to see your name up in lights just because you are shopping for a car.
By this time we returned, the Scion salesman had shown up and we were handed over to him. The deal progressed well. They had the car we wanted in stock and we got into the paperwork.
After filling out a considerable stack of paper, my wife asked "you do have the stereo in stock, right? (the car had an empty hole in the dash when we drove it). The salesman said "Yes, and we can have it installed when you pick the car up on Monday." (it was Saturday). We said no, we wanted to take that day, as we didn't want to make another trip to the dealer.
Turns out that they supposedly had to wait for the "Scion Technician" to install the stereo. He wouldn't be in until Monday. For some reason, the Toyota mechanics on duty at Hamer couldn't be trusted to unscrew two Phillips screws and plug in a stereo.
I've never seen a salesman go from happy and friendly to unbending so quickly, all because we didn't accept that it took two days to install a stereo. His attitude immediately became "take it or leave it."
Luckily, we hadn't committed to anything, so the deal was dropped at this point since Hamer couldn't deliver the car.
We proceeded to Northridge Toyota where we bought our xB.
