I suggest you AVOID this dealership. I think the sales rep may have been mildly retarded. He told me he could get me a tC in "phantom grey". I told him it didnt come in that color and asked him if he meant flint mica or silver streak mica. He argued with me "yes it does, and we have a phantom grey coming in next week". He told me to leave a NON-refundable deposit for the phantom grey tC. I said "no". Then without even running my credit score, he tells me "we could probably offer you a finance rate of around 7%. I said "how about you check my score first?". After waiting a few minutes for my score check. He comes back and says "your score came back at 744 which is better than expected. Then he tells me "we'll give you the best toyota finance rate of 5.5%" to which I responded "but scion has their own rates posted on the website for 4.5%. He tells me "oh the website is mistaken". This is when i walked out. Ended up buying my tC at another dealership at 4.45%.
