These guys went out of their way to get me one of the first 5-speed xDs in Southeast - had the car transferred from Alabama. Doc fee is also lowest in Atlanta metro. The entire deal took less than 3 minutes - signed 3 pieces of paper, wrote a check, walked out with the keys. No pressure from the finance guy - direct business stuff only. Highly recommended. Salesguy was David McCoy.

I purchased a Scion tC from Mike in March 2006 and I was extremely happy with the dealership as a whole. The dealer fee of $199 is the cheapest that I have found and there was no pressure either with the Scion or the Corolla S that I was going to purchase originally. Mike explained everything and delivered the car a week ahead of schedule. I will continue to look at Heyward Allen first and always strongly suggest them to anyone looking for a Toyota or a Scion. I had to drive 100 miles and will likely do it again next time I'm in the market for a new car.

I had a great experience buying the car from Heyward Allen Scion. When I first got interested in the Scion back in January or so I stopped by the dealership to see what was going on. I talked to Steven and he let me drive an xB around for a hour with a few of my friends just to see what it was about. He put no pressure on me and was knowledgeable about the cars. I also shopped Documentation fees. Heyward Allen had the lowest ($199) out of any Scion dealership in Athens, Atlanta, Savannah, and Jacksonville. Which served to seal the deal on who I was going to buy my car from because they had the best people also.
A few months later I put down a deposit on a tC. His timing estimates were accurate and the car arrived a few days before it was promised. Steven keep me well informed about the status of my car and was very honest and helpful. Steven and the rest of the staff there were best I have dealt with while shopping cars. They cared about me, unlike many car dealerships that just like to play games. I am very happy with my car, and buying experience.
Also note that while I gave the facility was an "8" they are building a new one that looks like it will be a "10" once they get moved in.

How about a dealer that delivers your new Scion to your home?
I had shopped at other mall located, Atlanta area dealerships and neither gave me the personal service like Heyward Allen. From the Salesperson-Steven Barry to the Finance guys, all were courteous, friendly and gave the best auto buying experience ever. (This was my 8th new car purchase from a dealer.)
I walked in on a Monday and by Friday, my new Lava was parked in my drive way hand delivered by Steven.
I would make the 40 mile trip again, when its time for my next Toyota or Scion purchase.
