I worked w/ Hoover Scion after the dealer I had initially chosen, Reinhardt, had decided they weren't going to actively seek to find me a vehicle. After talking to Hoover I immediately drove up and got my car without any problems. No wait, no hassle, and as helpful as possible.
I highly suggest Tom at Hoover Scion!

My husband and I have both enjoyed our experience here at Hoover Toyota. We are very excited about our new Scion and have enjoyed getting to know Tom Sagan. I like to think of Tom as a "Person" who sells cars...not your "typical" car salesman.
We will recommend Tom and Hoover Toyota/Scion to everyone we know.

I had a great experience at the dealership today. My salesman, Tom Sagan, was very personable and knowledgeable, and seemed interested in helping me find the car that was right for me. (I came in initially considering a more expensive car). I fell in love with the Scion XD on the test drive. The car handles extremely well -- better than any car I've ever driven. The seat position (higher -- more upright) works much better for me than other driver seats. Overall, I'm very pleased.

i liked the no hassle approach. i was at the dealer helping my sister-in-law by a corolla, and i decided to drive a scion tc. tom was very helpful in picking a car. the deciding factor was probably the accessories i chose to put on the scion tc. it was just what i wanted.

This is the 2nd car in my family purchased from the Scion dealership in Hoover. Our salesman, Tom, was extremely knowledgeable about the Scions and was a big help in helping us make the decision to buy. He had good answers for all of our questions and most importantly, honest answers. We will be back for the next car.

When I woke-up this morning, I didn't imagine buying a new scion tc. I am a previous owner of a scion tc which belongs to my wife, that I take out for numerous speed/ driving adventures.
I like the scion tc sooooo much that I had to upgrade to another one, this one is for me!!! don't tell her.
The sales person Ben Calhoun was more than knowledgeable about the product and was willing to get me an extra $500.00 on my wifes car!!!!!!!!!!!!!
needless to say I am very pleased with my purchase and ALL of the people I dealt with at Hoover Toyota.

Great people to deal with..Tom Sagan was most helpful and easy to talk to couldn't ask for better. Tom didn't tell me what to say in this statement. No hassle approach, and they are easy to deal with. I will be back.

I came to the dealer looking for economical inexpensive transportation. I was greeted by Tom Sagan a salesperson. He was very very knowledgeable of his product and showed me the vehicle in greeat detail.. I would highly recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a great car buying experience...

Tom Sagan was wonderful to deal with. No high pressure sales pitch....which I found very relaxing and comfortable with. He made purchasing an automobile form Hoover Toyota pleasant. I would definitely suggest this dealership to any of my friends, and recommend that they visit with Mr. Sagan for their next car.
I was really impressed with Hoover scion. I needed a good car for a good price that was unique, and they definitely gave me what I wanted! I had looked at a lot of other dealers and was given many options, but my first impression was so good I didn't want to leave without this car!I just want to give a big thanks to Hoover Scion for all they have done!

I was shopping for a work vehicle and narrowed it down to the Matrix and the Scion XB. After comparing prices, I knew what I wanted to pay and called several dealerships in the area. Tom Sagan was the only one who consistently kept in contact with me and urged me to come in and test drive both cars. He told me that he thought I would prefer the Scion,(based on the fact that he and his wife both drove one and LOVED it) but I was not sold on the looks of the car. I came into the dealership and drove both cars, and Tom was right, I liked the comfort and room the Scion offered. Tom met my price, worked around my schedule to pick up the car when it was ready, and now I am the proud owner of a Toyota Scion XB. Tom was very knowledgable about the product he sold me and I am pleased with the car's performance as well as the gas mileage.
I would definately give Tom Sagan and Hoover Toyota five stars when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.

I purchased from Tom Sagan at Hoover Toyota a Scion xB and have been very pleased with the purchase. In addition, I received good follow-up from Tom at the dealership. His follow through was very good. I will continue to visit this dealership for future business and will recommend my clients consider this dealership for their automobile purchase.
I just recently visited the dealership also for the oil change and found them to be very courteous and efficient. They ensured I was serviced quickly and I appreciate that.

I looked at several vehicles before this one, and I talked to other Scion dealers. Everyone said they couldn't get a manual transmission for me. Tom Sagan at Hoover Scion said he'd try, and the next day he had exactly what I was looking for. That's what I call service! He also took me around and introduced me to everyone I might be dealing with in the future. All the way around, this was a good experience, once I finally found the right dealership.

We've visited this dealership twice in the past - both times with full intentions of buying a Matrix. Each time, the staff's un-interested attitude drove us away (to Mazda and Honda - who appreciated our business...). This time we went just to look at the competition before buying a Honda Fit. We figured we'd be treated with the same low levels of interest we'd experienced there in the past.
Fortunately for the dealership, Tom Sagan approached us and actually seemed interested in helping us. He knows the Scion models very well and was very informative. He made his (many) sales points effectively, but wasn't pushy about it.
It would have been nice to have a clearer understanding about the deposit / wait process, but rather than give us a best-case timeline and then not make it (all too common these days), Tom gave us a worst-case timeline and so our xA showed up before we expected it - a nice surprise.
Overall, we were extremely pleased with how Tom handled the process.

Tom Sagan is amazing. He is the whole reason I bought an xB. My first impression of the dealership was horrible, I almost left, but thanks to Tom (who stayed late to help me and my family) I stayed. Thanks to Tom I own an xB. If you are ever at Hoover Toyota I strongly suggest you ask for Tom Sagan.

I have a lot of back problems and was looking to find a new and affordable car. I had looked at the Corolla & the Matrix, but when I sat in a Scion xB I knew I was "home".
The seat was so comfortable and it was a pleasure to drive. I do alot of sewing and I am always hauling my sewing machine around with me, the knee level loading area in the back means less strain on my spine, so this car has been a godsend all the way around. I had looked at several models but the Envy Green just screamed to me "buy me!"... so I did. I love my new "Kermit the frog green" Scion xB. I tell everyone what a great car it is and people ask me about it all the time and I tell everyone if you need a Scion you must go to Hoover Scion. Those guys are great and I lover those car washes. Thanks Hoover Scion.

Once I figured out what I wanted I put down my deposit and had my Scion shipped in from West Palm Beach, FL. It took about a week but it was worth the wait. I found everyone that I dealt with at Hoover Scion to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Even the finance manager Brad Spencer, a former Scion sales person, knew a lot and helped steer me in the right direction. My credit was not too great so they worked hard to get me financed and now I am driving one of the sweetest rides to be cruising the streets. I love the free car washes they offer and the free pick-up and delivery for service work. Those guys at Hoover Scion ROCK!!!!

My salesman was extremely helpful and always calling me to give me updates on the status of my new Scion and when it would be ready for me to drive off the lot. I have to say that it has been a pleasure to work with Tom Sagan and would recommend him and his services to anyone interested in buying a new Scion. He is an expert on all things Scion and I am leaving the dealership fully informed and knowledgeable about my new car. I also have to say that Brad Spencer, in finanace, was a delight to work with as well. He made the usually unpleasurable work of signing a finance agreement a breeze. My Daughter had previouly purchased 2 XBs from Tom Sagan at Hoover Scion. She insisted that if I wanted a Scion Tom was the man to talk to. I had done alot of research on the internet and decided that the scion xb was the way to go.
I found Tom Sagan to be very concerned about what i needed in a new vehicle.
I found the XB to be the car I needed thanks to Tom Sagan .

My salesman was awesome. After I totalled my car, we (my husband, 2 kids, and I) lucked out in meeting Tom Sagan at the dealership. I knew exactly what I wanted, but with the wreck and financing, it was very hard to accomplish. Tom managed to find us financing, stayed late to meet with my husband, and, when my car didn't arrive the day it was scheduled to (it was only a few hours late, but!!!), Tom even paid for the rental car himself so I didn't have to take a cab with 2 kids under 6 years old.
I love my Xb and am really grateful that I found someone who worked so hard to help us. Go visit Tom Sagan before you go anywhere else.

The guys I worked with were great. Got my tC fixed up en route to port and it was ready on the floor about two weeks after I ordered it. The salesmen I conversed with were very nice and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased.

My salesman wasn't too worried about me once he got my deposit. Never returned calls or emails. Also he told me it would be five days before I could get it and I said "That's groovy!, Let's do it!" and after I gave him my deposit he was like "Well it my not be here until a week and a half" and it was two weeks later before I got my box. I still love my box, just not my salesman. The Dealership as a whole is oaky, again, just not my salesman.
