My family has been buying Toyota's from Jack Safro Toyota for over 20 years. Back in 2000 when we were looking for an Avalon we met Sheila. She was very helpful, honest, and pleasant to work with. Two years later we went back to buy a Rav4. Once again working with her was painless and it was only took an hour to come up with a deal. Finally I was ready to buy my tC, once again the deal went through painless and I am now enjoying my new car. If you are in the market, I highly recommend Jack Safro Toyota/Scion and would also recommend you request Sheila as your sales rep. You won't regret it.

My search for a new car started about 2 months ago when my 1995 Eagle Talon took a dump. I just graduated from college and have a pretty good job so I decided that, heck, I am getting a new car. You only live once. My options I went with were Chevy Cobalt, Acura RSX, Mazda 3, and of course, the Scion TC. Went to a few dealerships to look at other cars, non Scions. They were all clueless. I then went to Jack Safro and met Steve. As soon as I walked in the door he was all about helping me out, answering any question I had. He was honest with me and that is a biggie to me. Test drove the TC and was like, WOW. For that kind of money. I didn't expect Corvette performance but I was very happy with the tC. I knew it was the car for me. They had a BSP in the showroom with all the options I wanted other than the exhaust. Told Steve and he ordered it that day. Just picked up the car today. So, Jack Safro Scion. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! THX STEVE. I WILL BE BACK TO SHOWOFF MY RIDE!

I'd never bought a new car before, so a year ago when I decided it was time to get rid of my junker Mitsubishi I asked around to find a reputable, quality dealer in the Milwaukee area. I was going for Toyota, and most everyone recommended Jack Safro without hesitation.
I went to the dealership around August or so of 2003, looking for an Echo. I'll admit, I went into the whole experience knowing very little about new car sales. I ended up meeting with a very nice salesman that had just started a few days earlier, and he was more than happy to show me a few cars and give me the keys to the one he noticed me eyeing. He came along for the test drive in the Echo, and told me to have fun with the Corolla... but neither one really did it for me. I mentioned to him and a few other salesmen that I was hearing alot about Scions out in California, but no one really knew what it was about. In any case, I said I'd be back in a few months. They may not have believed me, but sure enough I came back!
It was about March of this year that I went and finally met with the official Scion rep (coincidentally the GM's son), and from there on it was smooth sailing. He knew exactly was I was talking about, and was impressed that I knew my stuff when asking about the xA. He and the rest of the staff were more than helpful every step of the way, from ordering my car to helping me out with my trade, and even being honest with some of the usual "dealer sales charges". Not only that, but they let me take my new Scion while still waiting for parts that I ordered for the old car. Thanks guys!
Coming out of there, I can truly recommend that anyone wanting to buy a Scion, Toyota, or any other car on the lot go visit Jack Safro. They've earned their awards for the last decade, and it's not hard to see why. They're very interested in their customers, and making sure satisfaction is the main focus. On a side-note, the Scion rep is all about the Scion way of life. He's even one of the founding members of our local club!
To recap, my first impression was a little mixed, mostly because I was new to the whole new car experience, but initially I don't think they took me seriously when I started to haggle on an Echo. But once I came back and dealt with the Scion rep, everyone went out of their way to help me out. They even tried to get a manual xA for me to test before I ordered one, but I guess lots of dealerships had trouble in the beginning with their allocations. The actual dealership/showroom are immaculate, and all in all provided for a great environment.
