I bought an xA at Jerry Ackerman Scion and loved my whole experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They had a great selection and they told me what they didn't have they could get. I also get my service done there. They were very nice and quick. They didnt push any work on me. I would prefer anyone to them rather if it's for a Scion, Toyota, or even a preowned vehicle. They're whole staff was great.

I went to Ackerman Scion because they had the tC I wanted in stock. I went to them with the exact numbers that I recieved from another dealership. The issue was my trade. I was totally honest with them about the numbers I had gotten. They played the typical games that I am use to. Back and forth with the numbers for my trade. I went in there as a potential customer, stating that I would buy the car from them if they would match the numbers I had gotten from Newbold Scion. In the end they played the game too much, so I left and ended up waiting a bit longer and purchased from Newbold Scion. At least they never played games with me and were very honest!!!

I used to take my old camry to these guys - but I will never go back to their service department again. These guys are the classic dealers - the first time you go they will be nice to you and tell you all the things that they could charge you for but they wont because they are nice. Once you think that they are nice they will rip you off every time you take your car there.

A friend of mine had a lot of trouble getting a tC from this place as well. The excuses included "they have run out of blue paint in Japan.". I would rather have some dirty old man change my oil than take my car to these people again.

I ended up purchasing my car from Jerry Ackerman simply because they had the car I wanted coming in in a few days. They were true to their word. Had there not been a huge storm in west I would of gotten my car the exact date they promised me. My salesman was very nice and helped recommend options based on his personal experience with his own tC.

When I went to pick up my car, the dealership pointed out flaws in the car they had noticed and informed me the replacement parts were already on the way.

After getting the parts replaced and the oil changed there, I really like their service department too.
