I have two thumbs up for the guys at Jim Norton Scion. They have always been helpful with all of my questions. The only complaint that I have is that they didn't respond to my e-mail questions as quickly as I'd have liked, but they are busy and I understand that. Also, I wish I could've got my xA sooner, but I know that's beyond their control. I did receive my xA at exactly 6 weeks, which was within their estimate.
Jared was very helpful with my many questions, and Sean was patient and helpful through the ordering process. Every part of my experience was no pressure and no haggling! Thanks for making my xA purchase the best dealer experience yet!
You can't go wrong when you have a Scion manager (Sean) who loves Scions. The service department has excellent customer service and great follow-up. They make you feel like you can just come hang out and chat at anytime after the sale, too. They have a customer for life with me.

I worked with Sean and Jeremy at Jim Norton Scion to order and take delivery of my Silver Mica xA. Despite my obsessive questions and indecisiveness, they were amazingly patient. The whole experience went just as the Scion philosophy was intended: no pressure, no haggling, no hassles. From research to ordering to financing to delivery, I have nothing but good things to say about these two guys and the dealership so far.
