I had a terrible experience with this dealership! I had been in a bad car accident (not my fault) and needed a new car fast. I decided to buy a tC and test drove one at this dealership. They only had one and it was silver (the one color I didn't want). During the test drive they said they could get me one in any color I wanted. I called the next day and told them that I wanted to buy a tC and that I wanted a white one. Salesman said he would call back. Didn't call back for a whole day! I had to call him and he said "oh well, we're having a really hard time finding a car for you." He told me he had contacted all the Scion dealerships in the state. So I inquired about the silver one I test drove. "Oh, well we sold that this morning." Yeah right - Oldest trick in the book. I called Bert Wolfe Scion, the next closest Scion dealership in my state and, sure enough, they had the exact car I wanted. We did the deal over the phone that night- read my Bert Wolfe review if you want details- they were great! Sure enough, the next day, salesman calls me back and says that they found a silver tC for me- how much you wanna bet it was the one that I test drove!? I told him that I had found one on my own and he tried to play it off - but he knew that I had caught him in a lie. Salesman was cocky and condescending throughout the entire experience!
