Steve will hook you up. If you are in the Madison area and are looking for a Scion go see the Scion-guy Steve. He is very knowledgeable and will definitely help you in the process. Not only is he knowledgeable in the cars he also is very good with all the accessories for all of the Scions. He hooked me up with the TRD springs and got them installed in a very timely manner.

all I can say is that i have been to a lot of dealers and most of the time they try to force you into a contract or say this is the best car bla bla bla, but with steve at jon lancaster he told me evry thing i needed to know.

You know what I'm talking about. You've felt it yourself — probably were slowly cruising the lot of a dealership to see if something seemed to call out to you, when, suddenly, from between two cars, out leaped a salesman. From the moment he got his hooks into you, it was clear: He was predator, you were prey. Whatever it took for HIM to SELL you a car.
That's not the way it should be.
And that's not the way it is with Steve at Jon Lancaster Scion in Madison.
We walked up and started doing rough "about the length of my arm" measurements to a Scion to see if it would fit our needs. Steve asked if there were any questions he could answer, when really he could have asked if there were any questions he COULDN'T answer. It seemed there weren't. If Steve didn't know the answer immediately, he found it for us. Even bringing a tape measure so we could serious test the dimensions of the xB.
Steve made sure he was not selling a car, but that if I chose to, I could buy one. There was never any pressure, never any hurry.
There are a lot of words to sum up my experience dealing with Steve and Jon Lancaster, but I can sum it up with just two.

I was so pleased with my Scion tC buying experience!
It doesn't take much to convince any buyer why the Scion tC will take your breath away. One test drive with Steve "the Scion Guy" and I knew it was the car for me.
Steve was patient and explained everything in a language I could understand. I never felt any pressure which is very important to me.
I would recommend JL to anyone looking for a smooth car buying experience with knowledgeable staff and affordable pricing.
