I couldn't find a decent dealer in California so I was looking elsewhere. I saw that they had what I wanted, I called them up, but down a deposit and two weeks later flew into NM to pick it up. I got there and was quickly greeted and told them what was going on and they went around back and pulled out my car just like I wanted, no add ons or anything. I was out the door with my car after signing papers in two hours. I was very happy with the service the presentation and the no hassel attitude. All this and it was Christmas time, what a great present.

Unfortunately, we had a Horrible experience with Karl Malone. The sales force was completely uninterested in our business, or so it seemed. I suppose they sell so many cars that they didn't want one more sale. Note to dealer, don't judge a book by its cover, tired worn out statement but still as true as ever. I did however by the Scion xB at American Scion the same day and they were great and I LOVE my box!!

Josh Rippel is the one and only Scion sales guy at Karl Malone Toyota (as of 6/04). He was honest and straight forward with me. He did not try to include options that I did not want and stayed with the 2004 price for my 2005 xB because I ordered it in May, 2004 before the small price increase. Please tell Josh that 'RPMxB' referred you to him.
