Boy was I dicked around. Especially by Leo. He talked down to me and kept talking over me when I had questions to ask. I guess it doesn't help being blonde with a chest. They played the payment game well and added in every extended option they could. I finally had to go thru a credit union for financing. Leo tried convincing me that I would regret not getting the extended warranty since I would not get over 80,000 miles on my brand new Scion xB. Great salesmanship Leo. Love the car, hated the experience. Will never go back there again. I'm still afraid I won't get the title cuz I bought from Karl Malone Toyota...LMAO!

When we first arrived the only Scions available were the 3 test drive only ones. While I understand that this is totally normal for a car that you have to purchase, they should have at least had the current year available. They only had 05s to test, and purchasing got you an 06. Again, just a quirk. After the month long wait for my car, they were great to work thru my creative financing and even gave me the cruise for free because of some hiccups we encountered. Overall it was a great experience!

Great facility with friendly staff... I would have given a perfect 10 rating of this dealership if they had better inventory of their Xb's. I was not impressed after three weeks wait and the salesmen called to say it would be another 6 weeks. However, they did hook us up with their sweet track model xb to drive while we waited. also the finance guy... Leo, threw in free sport pedals and redeemed the dealership.
