I was referred to Jonathan Powell, the Scion Manager at Keith Pierson Toyota, at a local car show on a saturday night. Coincidentally Jonathan made an appearance at the car show later that night. After talking about the different models available, and the different price ranges and equipment offered, he gave me his business card with phone number. That next day I went to the dealership and found the exact model tC that I was looking for. The information about the vehicles was very thorough and the selection and buying process was quick and easy, making this dealership an A+ in my book.

Originally I called up Jonathan Powell, Scion manager, for this location trying to see if first of all I could get approved for a loan to purchase a car. This process took an entire weekend to do. I live in Gainesville, which is about 75 miles from this dealership, and I called him on a Saturday morning around 9am. I gave all my information so that I did not have to waste a trip. He called me back about 2 hours later and informed me that there would be no problems. So I rented a car and headed to Jax the next day. After sitting there for over 7 hours and no food or an offer to get me a drink even, he tells me that he is unable to help me get credit to buy their last 05 xA. Over all it was a waste of time and money for me.

Buying my xB was an interesting ride...first I wanted an Echo, for all the gas milage perks and whatnot, decided that it was too sparatan for my tastes, so talks went to the xA. was ' ' <-THIS close to getting the xA, then decided that the xB was better for the money. The guy at the dealer, Jonathan Powell (Scion Manager) stuck with me all along, even through all my "well, let's go test drive the other one". Highly reccommended, they're great cars, and the dealership experience was about as good as you could expect it to be. Good Luck!

We were in the market for a replacement vehicle due to my wife's car being totaled. We are on a tight budget and really like to "do our homework" before making a major purchase. We looked ar several dealerships and did not like the reception we received at those dealerships when the salesperson was told that we were fact finding and had to wait in an insurance settlement. The reaction was very different at Keith Pierson Scion, thew really wanted to make sure we had all questions answered and knew that they stand behind what they sell.
One week later we were ready to purchase our xB and Steve and the staff at KPS were great and even delivered Mary's Scion to her work. THe wheels we wanted were not in stock and were ordered and were installed yesterday with a ready and will ing service department as promised.
KPT does follow up and is a real part of the community.

This dealership was fantastic. The staff were so welcoming and helpfull. They had me driving away in my new car in about two hours. Even though my credit is not great they were willing to work with me and my payments are really low. i would definately reccomend this dealership to EVERYONE! the only drawback is that they didn't have a white xb available immediately. they offered to order it for me, but i needed a vehicle right away.
