Updated review (mine was over 3 yrs old).
My g/f and I stopped in to test drive a new xD for her. We didn't intend on buying, but if the numbers worked out, we would have considered it. We took the car for a drive and she actually really liked it (I was also impressed). The salesman was cool up to this point. Nice guy, blah blah blah. We went back in to run some numbers. Getting credit wasn't a big problem... but with little to no down payment + crappy trade price, the numbers just weren't working for us.
That apparently was not acceptable and they went into pushy, annoying, salesperson mode. Numerous times we tried to tell them we couldn't do it. They just had another idea or another thing for us. They tried to sell her on a new Corolla lease and even brought up used cars and suggested a used Hyundai with more miles on it than the Neon she was trading! We eventually had just started getting up and making our way to the door. The salesman, however was busy pulling around a Corolla for us to test - which we had zero intention of doing. We said thanks but no thanks and declined. Instead of returning to us to shake our hands and thank us for coming in and encourage us to return when the numbers might be better... he got in the Corolla and moved it back to it's parking space without even saying goodbye.
Was just very rude about the whole thing at the end. I know we didn't make a sale for him and all, but come on... where's the common courtesy. I would NOT recommend anyone buying anything from them.
Service department, on the other hand, is awesome. I've had nothing but good experiences there with my tC. Even had a part replaced under extended warranty with no questions asked (with many mods). They're always very nice and friendly. Same with the parts department. Just avoid the sales people... bleh.

My husband and just purchased a new xB from Dave Webb at Kent Brown Toyota. Dave made the car buying experiance Great!!! This is the first new car we've purchased and Dave was very thorough in explaining everything to us. He bent over backwards to help us get into the car we really wanted. Everyone at the toyta dealership was wonderful.

My wife and I had the best car buying experience ever with Dave Webb from Scion, and the crew at Kent Brown Toyota. They bent over backwards to make us comfortable and were very knowledgable. They made financing easy. We were introduced to everyone from the salesman , to the finance manager and the head of the service department. I highly recommend to anyone that they consider them when purchasing a Scion Model.
