I visited Kerry Scion due to the large inventory that I found listed on Autotrader. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was approached by a salesman. He immediately began attempting to sell me on the "how much monthly payment can you afford" tactic, which is obviously silly, especially considering pure price. He seemed a bit deflated after I explained that I had financing already.
Despite my initial misgivings, they had the model I was interested in, so I continued the conversation.
It was then that I noticed that the entire stock of tC's they had on the lot had the pedestal spoiler and 18" wheels installed. I asked the salesman if those options were configurable, he said no. So, Kerry Scion bolts on the pedestal spoiler (and charges over $700 (!!) for it, as well) and the rims in an attempt to force buyers into upgrades they don't want.
Kerry Scion does not understand the Scion brand, or what attracts us to it. Just say no to their bullying, old-timer tactics. Stay far away!

I have been waiting to write this review, but now I want to make sure nobody else makes the same mistake I did. I called them, asked for the Scion department, and was told, "Oh, I can help you." I was invited up to buy the car. Having done my research, I knew what I wanted and how much it cost. I planned on ordering my car, and picking it up whenever it came in. They happened to have one on the lot, right color, needed a few options..."No problem," I was told, "We install all that stuff here, anyway." They then proceeded to install a $70 alarm system that didn't work (I paid $499 for Scion Security), aftermarket cruise (I can't even see it when I am driving), and after a month, I am still having problems. They have had that car for more than a week to correct the problems they created.
Don't go there, they have no idea what is going on, and are trying to make extra money by charging the Scion price, and replacing it with aftermarket junk. I love the brand, but Kerry is just bad.

[edit]
I went to Kerry Scion driving my VW Jetta and got out wearing my cargo shorts and a T shirt. When I walked inside, I immediatley went to the xB and starting drooling over it.
The salespeople never paid any attention to me and proceeded to help a older than me couple (I'm 25) look at a tC. I'm in sales too (I work for a VW dealer. Don't tell them I almost bought a Scion :P) but he NEVER even said hello!
After 30 minutes of standing around, I left. I was so mad at the experiance, I called the General Manager. He seemed like he could give a crap either.
Final verdict:
STAY AWAY FROM KERRY SCION!
